The staff was very friendly, and the room was spacious with a nice view. It was convenient to the train station as well. The lobby and restaurants are gorgeous!

Noisy location on the mountain side (room 210)….but convenient area of town. TV in room didn’t work. Modern weight scale in bathroom didn’t work. There isn’t a pool. Shower head kept falling off it’s mount.

By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location in the middle of town was perfect for getting around. The service was beyond top notch and the view of the city/lake was unforgettable. Even the breakfast was phenominal.

Perfect hotel in the centre of St Moritz

We had a one day stay, wish it could have been a week. Hotel amenities were good, several eating places, Nice upper deck and very close to everything in St Moritz. Look to coming back in the near future.

Close to train station with beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Easy walking with lovely stores to meander in. One day in St Moritz not enough - decided definitely to return for our level of easy hiking.

Shuttle bus pick up and drop off from train station. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The view from my room and restaurant are very good. Rooftop Terrence is great for relax.

This is one of best hotels we have stayed in Switzerland. Nice facilities and good size of room. The bed was good. The room was very quiet. The location is excellent and next to bus stations and about 10 minutes walk to St Moritz train station or 4 minutes to train station if taking bus which is 1 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was also very good and we liked it. The hotel has two restaurants. One opens 11 am and another one opens at 7 pm. We liked the one opens at 11 am that has many options of pizza and others. Only thing we did not like was we were charged 3 CHF for taped water.

Elevator was small

The room was very basic. Not nearly as nice as the Schweizerhof in Zurich and Lucerne. Average at best. We were glad that we had booked only one night. A lot of construction in the area. We did enjoy a nice walk around the lake.

Great place and location

Great staff. They would do anything to make you comfortable and welcomed. Rooms are small but clean with good bed. Adequate shower/bathroom.

This find was a wonderful surprise. It is beautiful and sits up high with wonderful lake and Mountain Views. Staff was excellent. Breakfast included was best we have experienced to date on this trip. Transportation from train is provided. If ever in area again, will choose this property.

Property itself is not more than 3 or 3.5 star. This is very good but average hotel. I will not consider it 4 or 5 star by any means.

While no fault of the hotel, since the windows needed to be open to provide any cooling, there was often loud street noise in the middle of the night.

We had a wonderful stay. The room had a beautiful view of the lake. The floors were a bit creaky, but the room was large and comfortable. We walked up from the train station. The walk was a pretty steep, uphill trek. If you have any health or mobility issues, I would take transportation up to the hotel.

Excellent location, great lake views from our balcony and terrace on the top floor, fabulous breakfast with lots of choices, and convenient complimentary van pick up/drop of at the train station! We loved it.

The room was small even though we were told we were upgraded. The staff were very friendly and nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Clean and well maintained lobby area.

Furniture is dated and rooms are small and noisy from the outside & no air conditioning. Staff was terrific but we will not return

Great position above the lake and in the town. Easy to get to from the train station. The Italian restaurant was nice and breakfast was good in a beautiful room. Mini bar worked well and included.

This is the first time we had stayed at a Schweizerhof hotel. It was faultless, perfect even. The front desk staff were unbelievably helpful and accommodating. Michaela especially. This was an early summer stay in June and not all funiculars or lifts/gondolas were open for the summer season. We were pointed in the right direction to go to Diavolezza 2978 as this had just opened. We would never have known otherwise. It was a fantastic day thanks to Michaela's suggestion. The atmosphere everywhere was first class and professional, including complimentary mini bars, frequently replenished. My wife is insisting we stay at Schweitzerhof hotels in future where it is a viable option as a result.

Near all restaurants and attractions. Accommodating staff, nice breakfast with huge selections.

This hotel was exceptional, the only fault was the pillows were too soft.
