It was clean, people were friendly, only thing I can complain about is we got a suite for 3 adults and 3 children and we only had 3 towels in one bathroom, there were 2 bathrooms in the suite, we requested more towels and we’re told we have to go to the front desk to get them, when we did, they said they didn’t have extra towels

I'm and Alaskan resident. This was my second time staying at Homewood Suites. I like that the rooms allow for the opportunity to cook my own meals and store food easily. Everything is spaced nicely so I don't feel cramped. Makes my stay in Anchorage relaxing.

Hotel costs in Anchorage alone are stupid expensive & insulting. Forget it outside of Anchorage. Next time I will get a Vrbo or an Airbnb. Otherwise, Homewood Suites was great!

Room was good. When we checked out it was a few minutes until 11 a m checkout. They charged my card 50 dollars for a "late check-out". We called to dispute and they brushed us off.

Horrible staff Natasha and Evanoire are nasty and rude. The description is different, our vehicle was tampered with, the rooms were dirty, no hot water, and they started cleaning our room/throwing away items before we were even checked out

The room was very spacious and clean and cool with A/C loved all the amenities of activities for families.Pool,court,weight room,hot.Continental breakfast was very nice

The location was fine, and the staff were friendly. However, when we checked in, there were candy wrappers on the floor in both bedrooms, beads on the floor of the bathroom, and only 3 towels for 5 guests. In the 3 nights we were there, we went to the front desk twice to ask them to clean our floors, and when the cleaning folks finally showed up, they left and there were still candy wrappers and beads. Very disappointed by the cleanliness, and the rooms are significantly older and more rundown than the pictures indicate.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were welcoming. Grandson enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was yummy, with a nice variety and replenished often.
The room layout for the king bedroom was great. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, full sized frig and well stocked kitchen. One small suggestion, add an exhaust fan in the bathroom. I realize this is hard to accomplish unless remodelling. That’s the only that I feel could improve the stay. Thank for a pleasant stay!

Rooms are VERY rundown and decapitated. Scuffs on all the walls, stained rugs, missing molding, etc. more like an old motel. Online pictures DO NOT show the level of disrepair.

I was so incredibly blessed to have your wonderful hotel. I was forced to stay 2 more days in Anchorage because of Deltas airline meltdown. Expedia was a here for me when all flight clerks said Anchorage was sold out. Thank you so much.

The property was very clean, one of the drivers left us stranded midtown and the person at the desk told us to take an Uber to get back, the other driver named Miguel was a excellent driver and very friendly to the people one of the other drivers was on the phone the hole time we were in the van. Cassandra was also very friendly thank you. The breakfast was also very good, if not for the people at the desk at night I would have given a perfect 5 star.

Nice hotel but needs cleaning. Someone left trash in-front of our door when we arrived. I heard it was remodeled but I think after that they didn’t take good care of it as much as they should specially when it comes to cleaning. They said they have a heated pool but it was cold and water is so salty. They have a big nice hot tub. Bath tub, towels, linens and vents needs cleaning. There are pet furs in the bedsheets. Toiletries needs refill, they weren’t checked at all that they are empty. They didn’t give a late check out to us but they gave other guests a late check out. Breakfast was good and the servers was so nice and helpful.

We booked to stay in Homewood specifically. There were no rooms available when we were checking in, so we were walked to Hilton Garden Inn. This is unacceptable. We specifically booked to stay in Homewood, not Garden Inn. The Garden Inn is under construction, our floor was dirty and noisy with construction workers early in the morning. Parking was hard to find because of the construction in the parking lot. Our room keys had to be reprogrammed 3 times to finally work. The high price we paid for the stay was unreasonable. We feel scammed and not trusting of the Hilton Brand. Will not be booking or staying there again.
