My rating about the property and room are a 10/10 the rooms are very clean and have changed so much to the point where it doesn’t feel like motel 6. But one thing that does take away from that is that the workers can’t be trusted. They went through my things and helped themselves to my marijuana and some of my gummies while I was at work. It makes me feel uncomfortable not knowing what else they might have taken and I haven’t noticed it yet from my belongings.

Nice staff! They are your best asset. Did not like the elevator. With the prices you charged for this holiday weekend, you could put down new tile on the floor in that poor old elevator!! Also, it would be great to have more than one ice machine soooooo far away from the rooms.

Staff fantastic. Very helpful. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and we slept very well.

Lots of parking

it's a motel 6, so I wasn't expecting much. My daughter got water on bathroom floor and when I used their towel to clean it up, it was black, very black. That was our first night, so it doesn't get cleaned. beds were ok. The motel is loud at night with guests up late, children yelling, couples fighting but other than that, it was good. It's dog friendly and they don't charge extra. Not the best area but there is fast food and coffee within walking distance.

Room is clean but area is not good

#1 I booked a “deluxe room” which supposedly had microwave, hair dryer, refrigerator, etc. By the time I got there they said that the room i booked was no longer available. They put me in another room. Next morning I requested the room the I previously had reserved. Well, no deluxe room, no microwave, no hair dryer and the environment in the facility with the people who stayed is the most insane and scary to tell you the truth! Very noisy, very low level people, you hear from fighting to screaming to police apprehending people. Very disappointed!! The only good the thing was Cathy the receptionist upon my arrival.

Rooms are small but clean. Location was easy enough to find and right next to a Dennys which is great for a meal no matter your time of travel. PRO: My trip was abruptly cut short due to a military issue and without hesitation the hotel was happy to refund our 2nd night!! CON: Checkout is at 11am and at 10am the housekeeper was quite literally beating on our door like she was the police announcing herself in a raid. I was asleep and before I had time to understand what was happening fully, she let herself into my room. Luckily the secondary lock prevented her. Not the wakeup I wanted after a long night of trave

Worst staff ever. Checkout was a nightmare... One guy working and making a huge line of people all the way out the door wait for him to get off the phone, then when he finally puts the phone down he answers another call and expects everyone to just sit there and wait while he ignores a room full of people staring at him. Neighborhood is super sketchy. Druggies and homeless and the price for the room was twice what it should be. Avoid this crap roach motel.

Third time now I book a smoking refrigerator and microwave room and the microwave is always missing. Other than that it was good stay.

The room had no microwave as advertised. So but they said I could change to a room with a refrigerator for an extra 38$ and use the microwave in the lobby…. It’s an ok place to stay but they are always pretty full so they don’t worry much about customer service and could care less if you come back again or what you tell people about staying there. It’s the only Motel 6 in the area…..

The guest checking in before me was riding a bicycle, used a government voucher for a two week stay and was wearing a court issued ankle bracelet. Enough said. I would not stay again and in fact I would not stay at any accomidations in this are of Escondido. Homeless everywhere.

Pleasant staff at the front desk. Area is a little sketchy, lots of unhoused and feels a bit unsafe at night. However, excellent parking lot lighting which helps.

Stay away scary property manager unprofessional

I’m a bit g fan of Motel 6, but unfortunately, housekeeping missed several important areas ie bathroom sink. Other than that, my stay was pleasant. Thank you very much.

The environment is not safe for families We had to be next to the room of some young people who were listening to music late at night and smoking a legal, but toxic substance in the access hallway.

My confirmation email stated there was a mini fridge and microwave but there wasn't a microwave and the man who checked me in was very rude about it when I showed him the email stating the room accommodations said both fridge and microwave.

I used to stay here years ago. The improvements they've made are phenomenal. The employees are extremely kind, helpful, friendly and understanding. They make you feel so welcome. They go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. Let's not forget the price. The price is perfect. No deposit and affordable. I will continue to stay here every chance I get.

JUST NEED MINI COFFEE MAKERS IN THE ROOMS , THE ELEVATOR NEEDS TO BE FIXED LIKE RIGHT NOW ASAP. BECAUSE IT CLOSED ME AND MY BABY STROLLER. WHEN YOU TRY TO STOP THE DOOR IT KEEPS CLOSING.
