The bed was comfortable and the price was ok. The property is definitely showing it's age.

Booked nonrefundable room online. Went to check in and room smelled of marijuana and cigarettes(non smoking room). Neighborhood seemed very sketchy with numerous homeless people walking around. Didn't feel safe so booked another room in a better part of Denver. July 2024 Not sure who is rating this place a 10 because it's no where close.

Very run down property

I needed to make a quick trip to visit an ill friend and needed to be on a tight budget. I’ve always been happy with Motel 6. Very pleasant staff and my room was super clean. I was asked if I wanted a bigger room with an older a/c or a small room with a brand new a/c. I went for the new a/c. Brrrr it was fantastic. The coffee in the am was wonderful and the 24 hr Dennys next door had a great breakfast. It’s an industrial commercial area but I felt very safe as an older solo female traveler. The exterior could use some updating but otherwise I was very pleased. .

The staff has always gone above to solve some of the unique situations I've encountered. Thank you for always spoiling my pup and making me feel safe.

For the price the place wasnt bad to be honest rooms were clean people that worked there were super nice and honestly it was quiet at night and I slept well. I'm sure everynight isn't that way I can tell they have people that live there. It's not the best area building is definitely old could use some work but hey for $70 what do you expect. You get what you pay for. Staff was great!

No air conditioning and it was 100 degrees in Denver.. room was not cleaned … trash overflowing in the trash cans, bathroom sink and mirror were filthy, not one towel in the bathroom.

tv didn;t work .We went to the office 3 times then Tiffany came over and said she had put a work order in and it was never fixed.She contacted her manager but we have heard nothing. We wanted a discounted rate

Didn't get into room till 4:30pm,a lot of homeless around property.

I arrived late Weds night and the room I was assigned was hotter than hell. Air conditioning wasn’t working and it was 100 degrees that day.. barely slept it was so hot. Asked to be moved to a room w air, they couldn’t they were booked.

Ice machine did not work. Would not stay there again.

The front desk person was extremely rude when we inquired about checking in early on Sunday morning. She told us bluntly "no," and the earliest checking on Sundays was 3:00PM! And she left us standing at the counter.

Great service

Had to cancel my booking since there was a lot of homeless outside property. Half the property was being worked on and the area looked very unsafe. Manager agreed to cancel my stay and not charge my card.

Staff is very helpful.

Within 24 hours we had three different rooms. Our final room seemed to be on drug row. We were offered drugs 4 different times.

the room and site was functional and clean, can't ask for much more than that. nothing outstanding.

Security guard in the parking lot due to the large amount of transient people at the hotel, room was smelly and a/c was blowing hot air. Don’t stay in this area or hotel, Motel 6 is just making money without any upkeep or upgrades to this property.

Air conditioner would not blow cold air even at lowest setting only mildly cool. Toilet seat was very loose and almost falling off. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Tub would not hold water so my Wife could take a bath instead of a shower

The hotel was horrible. The rooms smelled and were dirty. We ended up not even staying here

Nice Little Room that suited it Purpose, Rest and Chill while on the Road. Not All Motel 6 are Good, but this one was Great!

It was a non smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke . The hot water had to run for 10 min before it even came out hot. The only upside was the girl who checked us in at 12am (Tiffany)was so friendly and awesome , and then came morning and we got Carrie with a nasty attitude.
