Everything was amazing

No shapoo or breakfast.

This is a budget hotel, and as it was just me for one night i didnt want or need anything fancy. I was very pleased with tbe room layout and style. It honestly was better than i expected for the price. There were 2 lightbulbs burned out in the room, but honestly that didnt matter to me, i am sure they would have fixed them had i asked. Staff was pleasant. I would stay bere again without concern.

Friendly staff comfortable good location

If you need a reasonably comfortable bed, a sink, toilet and shower all near the interstate for less than a C note, this is as good a place as any. No dining on site, but a few choices within a half mile (and shares a parking lot with a truck stop). Friendly staff.

There is no pool, hasn’t been since Covid which was mildly deceiving when booking. No coffee or shampoo/conditioner. This is a bare bones motel but it was clean and front desk lady friendly.

The rooms are good, clean and tidy. The hallway carpets, not so much definitely need a good shampoo. The staff are nice and respectful.

Cheaply remodeled.

Check in was super easy and friendly. Room appreared clean however lack of lighting options was strange. One light by the door and night stands. However no overhead light in the main space. When we returned from dinner and went to go to bed, there was a clear brown stain ans smudge on the fitted sheet. I went up front and asked for assistance. They sent a staff member down to check with a flat sheet, and then told me his uber was waiting and he come back and change the sheet. He left Went back up front and asked for a fotted sheet, woman at the front desk didnt want to touch the sheet, had me put the soiled sheet in the laundry room. She did give me a fitted sheet and asked me to wait till the guy came back. Granted it was 9 and we just spent 9 hrs at Adventureland so my eyes were not waiting for him to return with his grocceries from walmart. Changed my own sheets at a hotel, new experience for me. We go to Adventureland for my husband's work event. We have always stayed at the Best Western, will make sure we reserve our room in time next year. Will not return, only hotel i ever been to that made NO attempt at a breakfast. You can buy a Jimmy Dean egg bowl out of the vending machine.

For the price our stay was good. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great price. Beds and pillows weren't very comfortable. A bit of highway noise. But no disturbances from from neighbors or anything.

I guess you get what you pay for. Everything in room felt damp. Very humid even tho the AC was on. Bed was okay. Online said there was a shuttle to the casino. There wasn't! Probably wont stay here again.

The photos online were truly when they renovated. It was nice and we are not super high class picky it’s more price for us but we could tell the photos online are not now! The door to the side of the building had no lock on it so anyone could get in and another door by the ice machine said do not touch or it will fall in with caution tape on it 😬 being in an area where we are not from and traveling alone with my youngest son that did not make me very comfortable!

The hallways smelled like cigarettes and animals. The rest was of the stay and room was decent.

As soon I walked in to the property I knew I had made a mistake booking here. Property is dirty!! The room vanity lights were out and I requested to have a new room or have one fix it. My husband had to assist maintenance guy switch the who mirror and rea attach to the wall because it’s one whole piece. We were going to a concert and needed to do my makeup didn’t know it was going to be that much work. Tub faucet leaked so annoying drip all night long. Would not recommend it unless you’re desperate like we were.

The place looked like it was in the middle of a renovation and they just slapped it together for the race weekend. Hopefully they get it all finished great location and price convenient to about everything

It is a decent place to sleep and shower. I have stayed there a few times, have not tried the pool yet. I have not yet had a room with a fridge or microwave, so that kind of sucks.There are things to eat and do nearby if that is something you want. I have been there on work, so I was not able to check much out.

The parking lout was not the greatest. You have to go through the truck stop to get to the hotel. But we did not have any problems

We reserved a room with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Our room had none of those things when we checked in. Staff eventually got us a microwave and fridge though only after trying to blame us for those things not being in the room and then trying to convince us that we should be fine without them. The listing on Expedia is deceptive and needs to be updated. It features a pool in the main photo and names the pool as an amenity. The pool is closed and has been for years with no signs or reopening. I got a message shortly after booking that there would be no pool. On the plus side, our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Showers were warm with good water pressure.

It is fine for a clean place to rest your head and clean up for the night. The staff was friendly and check in was smooth. It was close by to lots of dining options and things to do if thats what you are looking for. The parking lot could definitely use some work. I was just looking for a place to sleep, relax for the night, and clean up before hitting the road again. If you are traveling, and this is not your pleasure destination, this should hit the marks.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The carpets in the hallways were dirty. The place had a stale smoke smell. Rooms, sheets and beds were cleaner than I expected!

The overwhelming aroma of Marijuana in the hallways, front lobby and wofting into the room was off putting. Pool was closed. Tub drained fast, which was a nice change.

Checked in, a few minutes early, front desk staff member was friendly and helpful with dining recommendations. Hallway reeks of weed, room smelled clean. Left for dinner and a concert, came back and overpowering Marijuana odor from the front door to the room, including in the room too.

Quict except for putting up with what I want to say drama leave that out of this building person or I will have issues to take care of

Simple and clean. Comfy bed. No problem with early check in. Hardish to get to and noisy by interstate but it didn’t cost alot

The room was clean renovated and very nice. Very quiet and very clean.the bad was only 2 very small pillows and no coffee maker
