The only good thing I can say is that the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is awful. We got stuck next to loud partying group and when we moved to a new room the keys didn’t work. Very frustrating if you want a quiet place to stay

Friendly staff, clean rooms, I had a wonderful stay!

Positive- fast food restaurants within walking distance. Room averagely clean. Negative- felt unsafe. When we first arrived there were several homeless people loitering all around the parking lot. Security had them disburse to a nearby parking lot. But they were still loitering. We walked to get food and felt we needed to stay along the sidewalks near the streets to get back and forth rather then cut through adjacent parking lots with the large groups of homeless loitering. Later about 12:00-2:00 am another customer came to stay in the adjoining room near us and began partying being very loud (it was just myself and my children alone) at one point they began full on screaming at the top of their lunch’s multiple times and sounded like they were throwing things or smashing things. I did call the front desk at 2:00am and they said they would ask them to quiet down . The screaming and partying went on a bit longer and eventually stopped. The walls were incredibly thin. This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel/motel Inwould never go back or recommend to women or families with children. I felt so unsafe I almost left in the middle of the night with my kids but was nervous to go outside in the dark as my car was parked in the back.

While the staff was friendly and nice the room was dirty and smelled like weed. The floors were filthy.

We got a room for Memorial weekend. The room was clean however the bathroom door didn't close and when I was going to shower there was water coming up from the drain.

It was conveniently located to my appointment I had early the next morning. Broke up the drive back from Vegas, very well. So much better than the I-15 Stadium location we stayed at in Vegas on Dean Martin, like a 100 times better. You should Un-Flag that Dean Martin location. It is an embarrassment to your chain.

Everything was good except that the sink would back up which seems to be a reoccurring thing with these people...and the door had excessive play in it...other than that was good

I didn’t like that the mattress slides off the “frame” with one touch of a finger. It was okay to sleep on for one night, but after the second night I was in pain because of the cheap spring mattress. It was great for a Motel 6 though. We were able to hookup to the HDMI port in the TV and watch our streaming apps.

No frills. Noisier than just being next to freeway. It’s also within .5 mile of railroad tracks. Shower floor no clean. Bed clean and comfortable.

The room was clean, couldve mopped the floors but overall clean, also cable wouldn't work for some channels.

Check in was so easy the lady who assisted was nice and helpful. I liked that the room was renovated. I did wish they had a hair dryer and offered little shampoos or conditioner in the bathroom. Free parking makes up for it

Stayed one night and enjoyed how easy checkin and checkout were. The area around is a little older but that comes with time. Good choice if you’re looking for a place to lay your head after a long travel.

Room smelled like cigarettes, room next door was having a party and was loud up until 3-4 AM. When arriving there was what look like a hooker in her under garments just standing in the balcony.
