Ripped up furniture, uncomfortable bed, cockroaches on the bathroom, place smelled like mildew.

This property requires a very special kind of traveler. Not recommended for the general public.

It was in a okish area but you definitely have some people of questionable character hanging about the property. The water pressure in the shower is all but non existent making it very hard to shower. Bathtub will not hold water. Air-conditioning is barelay operational. Mattresses are poor quality. Totally expect better from the motel6 brand. 1/10 would not recommend this hotel.

A great customer service and the room was super clean and beautiful. I enjoyed my mini vacation.

My room which was 248 was full of roaches. It was disgusting I saw at least 20 roaches all together

It was pretty good for a one-night stay. There was a couple roaches in our room but only two that I saw plus I think there's people living there. There was loud music playing all night.

Property employees excellent Property have Roaches And along with berry lower class people Every night police are there one person call the police every night that is annoying i have my 2 kids with me and my wife is not fine

This property was infested with roaches every room that I was placed in had roaches in it their response when I came down and said there was roaches in my room oh, will send maintenance up to your room in the morning. Is that helping me tonight?

They had roaches and mice and have people smoking weed in the hallway not a good Comfortable stay

Roaches all over the room, Burn holes in bedding, stains on the walls and mirror. Foul smells in the hallways, AC unit did not work properly.

The hotel was touted as newly renovated. It was, but AC didnt work, bugs every where, cigarette burns in the comforter. People were smoking weed, drug addicts outside and road noise all night

The property was completely fine it was Expedia that overbooked their hotel so I'm left here at 9:00 at night with no reservation trying to find a refund on my card so I can get a hotel someplace else

this place has the most nicest staff. from the front desk to the cleaning staff everyone is amazing here.

There was dog poop on the carpet by the entrance and smeared by the door to the entrance for two days. There was pee towels and poop covered towels and trash covering the front entrance for a day and a half… there was roaches in my room and they refused me towels on several occasions telling me to “come back at a more convenient time” the elevator barely works so be ware if you are handicapped.

Didn't have an elelvator and had roaches. A roach crawled on the bed while i was on it.

Property had roaches crawling around. Noisy late at night. The shower barely had flowing hot water for shower.

The room was dirty with what looked like chip crumbs on the floor. A cockroach was killed in the evening in the kitchenette area and another the following morning in the bathroom. Several dogs were on the same floor as this room, and one of them was barking loudly around midnight after someone banged on the door to the room it was housed in. Altogether, a miserable experience.

The room smelled sweaty and like smoke

The check in the as easy and the room is as Spacious. However there was police activity when we arrived and a second unit arrived after our check in. In the early evening a male guest was on our floor was aggressively shouting and pounding or hitting something. It was alarming and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

Bedding had cigarette burns, shower/tub leaked, people fighting.

The air condition doesnt work never get cold,the fridge doesnt work eigther have use buckets with ice to get cold drinks,to much cockroaches in the fridge,in bathrooms wall

My wife and I stayed recently for four nights in a row, and I have stayed one night each month for the past three months. The hotel is basically very nice, with a super convenient location, but with a few exceptions. The unusual sink faucet is like a tiny little shower, not a regular faucet flow and that is very frustrating because you can’t get a decent flow of water. The shower flow is also somewhat weak. The one thing that was the most concerning this particular time was that there was evidently a family that had little kids and they’d be running up and down the hallway, screaming at midnight. Incredibly irresponsible parenting! I had to actually open my door and tell them to cut it out . I did complain to the management, but there’s only so much they can do. Overall, it is extremely convenient and not very expensive so is a good deal overall.

The room was clean and nice. The hallways smelled like weed and the carpets need to be shampoo. The elevator doors take a while to close, and at around 10pm the room keys stopped working. The front desk "fixed" the keys but they only let us back in the room once and stopped working again.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I usually avoid going to any motels or off brand hotels when traveling because I want a certain type of experience while traveling however in an effort to save and broaden my travel budget I tried “Studio6 .You guys are underrated:-) check out this beautiful cherry blossom tree outside of my window. It was so pretty and even tho I didn’t have a balcony or city view I had this . My room was clean and had all the comforts of home including a deep tub for soaking. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator and overall it was nice and I would recommend that you try Studio 6 you won’t be disappointed. Ps:bad reviews are probably not going to be your experience here.

Room was clean, bathroom looked clean. Lobby smelled awfully like cigarettes and the vending machine stole my $1.75 and didn’t give me my snack. Overall stay was good
