Me and my husband called to make sure he could reserve a room in my name and i would only have to show my ID because he's in Massachusetts at the moment, they only took the first night out and then refused the card for the second night because the card wasn't in my name. They would not let me stay the first night without me paying a different way or cancelling the second night through the app that we reserved the room from. After my husband spent the better part of his day on the phone and I sat outside in the rain and sleep outside again, being homeless I was really looking forward to a couple night's inside and couldn't get it even after taking the right steps to make sure they had no reason to deny my stay and they made it very unpleasant and my husband still has not gotten a refund for the first night.it was the most frustrating experience I have ever had to deal with, more trouble then it's worth.

They gave my room away to someone else. And I didn’t get a refund

Good please to stay if you don’t want pay a lot, but do not expect to sleep.

The manager Crystal is a wonderful person and she works hard to keep her motel in good shape, despite having to deal with being in area that is a challenge! Kudos to Crystal!

Needed a place that I could stay with my dogs. Not the greatest area overall. Had security during the day, but I didn’t see them during the night. Parking lots were well lit, but there was a lot of activity past midnight. Room was small and mattress was past due for replacement. I wouldn’t not stay here again, but being pet friendly is the biggest pro.

Motel was evacuated for 24 hours. Hostage situation. Another night Woman banging on the door and window. Had to call security. The first time security came upstairs with her chihuahua in her arms. If you have a serious problem you’re better off calling the police. Office people are very friendly. The room was fine.

There was no shampoo or body lotion so you needed to bring your own! Had to pay extra for microwave and refrigerator!

This place is absolutely disgusting. We were on motorcycles and enjoy a good biker slum, but this was over the top hookers and druggies all over. Noisy, doors slamming til all hrs of the night. Worst place ever stayed

All of the staff here were friendly. Even some of the motel’s apparently semi-permanent residents were friendly (many were apparently panhandlers who work the surrounding streets). And they “comped” us the room for one night because there was a hostage situation that forced the evacuation of the entire motel. And I can’t blame the staff at the motel for the SWAT team that used our room for forced entry practice in case they had to storm the perpetrator’s room (true story). I’m just glad the hostage, law enforcement, and everyone else wasn’t harmed during the incident. And I was glad to put this Motel 6 in my rearview mirror.

Happened to be there the night of the standoff. I felt the staff handled everything the best they could. And I appreciated all the help in the days I stayed before that. Thank you Tasha & James.

Homelessness

I reserved two non-smoking 2-queen-bed rooms. However, when I arrived to get my already-paid rooms, they said they had one non-smoking and one smoking room. Moreover, all rooms were sold out. So, we had no choice to get what they had since we would be driving to Vancouver, Canada on next morning. They had called and confirmed with me earlier that I had had booked two non-smoking rooms. I confirmed that. Everything is very basic, the sheets and beds might not have been cleaned. We were stuck to sleep to the morning to drive off! I will never book this facility again!

James was especially helpful when checking us in, suggested multiple good restaurants close by. Room was small, but comfortable.

The motel was filthy, broken and in overall disgusting shape. The area around the building is an unsafe crack den with zombie-like drug heads watching your every move

Staying at motel 6 was a nice convenience for my job an having good places to eat nearby. Both tasha an james we very reassuring an informative on the area. They made me feel safe an the security definitely helps you sleep at ease. Neither my car myself or my room were were messed with or at risk.

I’ve stayed several times now. It’s a motel and while some people might be put off by some things, everyone around there was friendly, I felt safe and the staff were wonderful. I’d definitely stay again.

I'm from nearby Lynnwood (15 miles) and had been to Everett on occasion through about 25 years of so, but never truly paid much attention to the populace. Homeless: Many. Did I say many? Tons of homeless people milling about this and other properties. Cigarettes: I guess it's a law. Everyone smokes, butts everywhere. It's on a major thoroughfare. I am deaf, so no problems there, but I also wear hearing aids and use of those is prohibitive. Unsafe. When walking to my car I felt stalked.

Front desk people were great

We did not have a microwave or fridge as promised when booking through expedia. We were able to get moved ro a room that had one. In the new room they had not cleaned the floor or under the beds. We found cat food scattered under 1 bed from the previous traveler and bowls. We mentioned an awful smell. They sent someone to clean under rhe beds. The smell remained and we could not be in the room much. As we were checkjng out and gathering things we checked again under the beds. The cat food mess was gone. However, under the 2nd bed was a huge puddle of urine that had been there the whole stay causing the odor. We had specifically askedthem to clean rhis area when we first got to the room and then just figured it was an odor sunk in and permanent. Thisbstay was a health hazard as we were breathing in ammonia from catvurine and had notified the hotel of the smell and they had not cleaned under both beds. They refunded $70 of the 270ish that I paid. I would have never paid any money to stay in such deplorable conditions and should have been refunded all the fees. I had my 11 yr old and a friend with me. All 3 of us felt ill during the 3 night stay, 2 of the nights in the cat puddle room. We booked our last days in the area with a different hotel. We want to live!

Friendly staff at check-in and location is right off the I5 which is convenient but also creates a noisy environment. Area around the hotel has a lot of litter and non-guests hanging out but overall it was a safe place to stay.
