Staff and ladies at the front desk , evening and morning are so nice , professional , honest and helpful WITH BEAUTIFUL SMILES . My room was nice clean and better than what I expected . I’m pleased . I will bring my girls again . Thank you 🙏

Friendly staff

The property was good. But the housekeeping was not great. I room was very dusty. My allergies was up in the room. Itching throat and eyes. Sneezing. We had to let them know that the room needed dusting. Also the bathroom tissue box and faucet look like it was never cleaned prior to our arrival.

Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Broken televisions and broken shower wand. (I took video of the broken plumbing) The desk mentioned something about a leak in another room… go figure. I was told I could change rooms the next afternoon after checkout (11am) Desk called me at 6:15 am Sunday morning to accommodate me by moving my room. No really 6 in the morning on my first nights stay! New room had television issues as well cut out during the NBA finals. Room key issues with multiple trips (by stairs, elevator VERY slow)to the desk to the point they didn’t believe me but after seeing the problem first hand they hand no more “excuses” account of it was 6:30 am and the guest staying in the room next door opened the door to complain we were making noise. You can’t make this stuff up! A ramen or a candy bar from your “store” wasn’t going to rectify my inconvenience. Construction happening starting at 7am 100 ft from building. If you want room service you will have to ask. I stayed 7 nights and didn’t ask for anything. I was happy to be going home If I had to say one positive it was that the breakfast was decent

Great stay. The room was super clean. Loved that they have Dove hand soap and Dove lotion in the bathroom and JR Watkins bath products in the shower

Hotel was clean, comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and accommodating when we had a late check in. Good breakfast in the morning. Would come back again next time we visit.
