A no-frills property that is well kept and clean.
There is a Denny's and Convenient Store within walking distance, and a short drive to many restaurants.
You only get 2 small pieces of soap, and a few towels...so bring what you need.
A coin-op laundry, and small pool on site.
A real value for a night or two.

I reserved a handicap room. When I got there they told me that it was already taken.

The check I was efficient but there was LOTS of noise which seemed like it came from the building pipes and then unruly clients outside in the early morning but what is worse to me is there is no refrigerator/freezer. I had no way to cool ice packs to cool my food the next day. Sorry won’t be back.

Paint was peeling. Unknown substance was splattered on the bathrooms doir and wall. Nothing really cleaned well but just smeared around. Not very clean.

Disappointed in the bad, heavy aroma of smoke in multiple non smoking rooms. First room ossued was unbearable. Second room transfered to was still bad, but not nearly like the first so we took it.

Price is right at $50/night, I didn’t feel very safe, I saw some sketchy people (used every door lock), but no one bothered me and it’s very close to convenient stores, restaurants and the mall.

It is not a fancy property, but it was a very good value. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location right off the interstate was convenient. Many different restaurants and food choices (and shopping) in the surrounding area which was nice.

So if you’re just needing a place to stay while you take care of some business, are you kind of in between not a bad place at all. The rooms are rather small, but they’re perfect for one or two people, like as a couple or mother and child. The staff is really nice and friendly. The coffee is not bad at all. And for the homeless that hang out near the property is pretty quiet. Has a refrigerator and microwave if you’re willing to pay a little extra. I have never heard of such but whatever it works for short term and the price.

Clean room, but the bathroom needs some serious renovations. The bathtub was full of spots. You can't take off those spots by just wiping it. The handle and shower head were full of rust.

This was a pleasant stay. The staff was accommodating and I felt relatively safe. No issues at all. I plan to stay again when I have a work assignment in the area.

It was a basic nice hotel. Didn't know it was in the bad part of town though. Homeless sleeping on the sidewalks, on the restaurants sidewalk. Not a warm and fuzzy feeling.

Don’t go there. The motel seems to also function as a homeless shelter with homeless and drug addicts hauling their shopping carts into the rooms next door at late hours.
Very unsafe and creepy.
Definitely not a good image for this National franchise.
