The manager took $30 claiming it was for a hand towel and bath mat. I explained that they were nasty because I had to clean the room because it was nasty. She told me I should have gotten housecleaning to do it. I told her the rooms should be clean prior to checking in. She was very rude about it. She had me sign an envelope saying she kept the $30. Very unprofessional.

When we arrived I cleaned a spill on the floor with a hand towel. Because the floors were so dirty they towel was black. I was charged $30 for something I could replace for less than $10. The manager is a thief. I was told I should have let them clean the floors they didn't clean to start with

I was told i should have gotten the cleaning people to take care of it. It should have been clean when i got there. There's also no breakfast or hottub as advertised.

This was cheqp yea but i have never stayed where floor tile was coning up ceiling chipping away rhere was lo g hairs in the sheets like they werent changed. No plastix cups no continental breakfast like stated online loud outside room eas hot and stuffy when we got there and smelled of a litterbox.

The front desk manager went above and beyond to help me sort out a bookingissue that was my fault and that she didn’t have to do since I wasn’t insured. Also got my deposit back on my card the very next day after checkout!

Rude employers. Talk very disrespectful when have an issue with establishment. Spitefully charged me 25 for towel that was able to be cleaned with soap and water because of my complaint about noise and nasty bathroom. Wouldn't send a corpse here due to management!!!!

Took over half our deposit for supposed stains on towels they couldn't get out and all we did was take showers, and for a faucet screen that wasn't even in there when we got the room. It's ridiculous the stuff they will keep your deposit for. Plus they have no actual blankets on the beds just thin sheets they call blankets.I do NOT recommend unless you want to be out your deposit plus the price of the room.

That she waited til I had already plaid for the room and then waited til later to tell me I had 150 deposit and I didn't have it so she told me no refund on my room money but before I got there I got in traumatic accident and ended up havin to go to hospital sand I'm stil here now and I asked could I get a refund and she was really rude whn I asked

I was charged $ 20.00 for a towel that could have been washed and reused,other guess was to making to much noise,there was no breakfast as advertised when I booked the room and there was no hot tub as advertised also and the propery did not look safe

Got a double room with dou le bed but after booking it turned to standard room with double bed. And lady at front desk had towalk arpund just to see what beds were in what room, on website does not mention deposit, there is no bbq plave and hot tub is extra, and if u stain the hotel towels wven with makeup or anything they keep deposit.

Motel really scammed me, biggest scam ever! Took my money and said I was late checking in so they voided my booking after I drove all the way there, left my family and I to sleep in a Walmart parking lot. Manager was a racist, don’t waste your money here, better off staying in a cardboard box!

The hotel was run down on the outside. The rooms weren’t too bad, but on the second day, there was a roach crawling on the dresser. The clerk at the front desk was curt and not friendly. I had to change rooms at the beginning because the door was broken on my original room.

Ok for a short stay. I was offered a non smoking room which had bad cigarette smell all over. The front desk lady was kind enough to change my room to better one. Location is good.
