Roaches in the bathroom.

Everything was what I expected. I have no complaints

Here is an honest to goodness review: I have stayed at this hotel before because it was rated the best in the area. My stay was decent. Room was quiet and clean. Bed was way too soft for me. I returned for a 2 night stay. I asked for a suite room, which was in reality a room with a beat up sofa bed. When I checked in I asked for a room in a quiet location, non connecting room. Person checking me in said they weren’t busy so it wouldn’t be a problem. What he assigned to me was probably the worse room on the hotel, immediately adjacent to a small lounge and very loud ice machine. Room was dank, no coffee table, and a sofa that sank down to the floor. I asked for a different room. This started a long 30 minute conversation with front desk guy in which he said it’s impossible to switch rooms because I booked thru hotels.com. I found this hard to believe. I asked to talk to the manager. Who by the way was sitting 6 ft away. He comes over (sorry but no one introduced themselves by name) no smile, very unfriendly, and says to me I can put you in a better room but ir will cost you $44 additional. At this point I gave in and paid the extra. They assure it’s very nice, a Presidential suite! On to second room. First thing I notice, its adjoining another room. Second, the a/c is rattling, the carpet stinks, there’s chocolate all over the phone, but best of all there’s poop in the toilet! Third room was adequate, except the carpet reeked of sweaty feet, needs a shampoo. Never again…..

Truly great stay...they have such a nice staff, the rooms were nice and clean and a very good free hot breakfast. We ended up staying an extra night and would totally stay here again.

The location is great, lots of fast foods around the area. The staff is amazing. However, they need to put attention on the cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture and carpet are stained. I've stayed a couple of times and that's what really bothers me. Also, the furniture on the reception area needs to be cleaned (they are also stained). The breakfast is excellent. They have a good variety of hot food to satisfy every guest.

The rooms are clean but the lobby sitting area has a lot of stains. The lobby area is not a feasible sitting area.

Everything was great except the batteries in the tv remote weren't any good. took two more remotes before one finally worked. Apparently the front desk isn't allowed to keep spare batteries

Great service

Well, they were very busy with kids basketball teams. But, overall very little interest in guests. We sat for one hour in the lobby,waiting for a room. The room was okay, nothing special. It was located well for our purposes, and there was a decent restaurant within walking distance. I rate it just ok.

Excellent mattress comfort!

Property was ok. I feel like the rooms need some updates also the bathroom. Room smelled a lot like Clorox. And also I think the sofa bed needs a whole update. That mattress is sooooo bad. And my question is do they even clean that sofa bed??

I didn't get to stay in the property I choose. On my way to the airport I received a call from the Holiday Inn, stating I was being moved to the Comfort Inn. Because I was on a public bus it was difficult to hear, but I do not think any explanation was provided.

This place is a dump! And there customer service is beyond terrible.

Very friendly staff. Centralized location if you are visiting someone in the Leesburge/Mount Dora area. Good breakfast. Recommend.

Clean room and friendly front desk girl. You’d be surprised how often this isn’t the case, but here it was. We have kids and would stay here again

It was very nicely redone! Staff was very welcoming, nice and helpful. The lady in the breakfast area was sweet and kept everything full for everyone to be fed.

Clean and what we needed for a wedding

Did'nt like not having enough towels each day had to go yo front deck each day for towels. Did'nt clean my room two of the three day. Didn't pickup towels or empty trash on thrid or put any towels at all in my. Spoke with management they was they have problem keeping enough towels. Had no explanation for why my room hadn't been clean or trash pickup.

Wonderful! Staff was outstanding! Beds were awesome! Breakfast was great!

We stayed 2 nights. As soon as we walked in our room, we turned around and walked out. We asked for a room higher than the first floor. When we turned the bathroom lights on we saw 2 small roaches and silverfish scattering in the bathroom. And I get that the cause could be because the hotel is close to the water. Other than that, no bugs in the next room. Good luck getting an Uber from this location. We were in town for a wedding and we were hoping to Uber to and from the venue which was maybe no more than 2 miles away. Uber never came.
