Nice hotel in a good location.

The staff and hotel was great. The area can be noisy with traffic but that’s to be expected in a major metropolitan city.

Our room was small but comfortable. There was a lot of traffic noise the first evening: It sounded like someone circling the block on a motorcycle late a night! Otherwise, we were quite comfortable and well looked-after.

A beautiful building! Clean, friendly and had a welcoming atmosphere. We walked to Fenway Park for the ball game. Then later that evening walked to the Cheers Pub. We were given water when we checked in and given more water after coming back from the game. Walking distance to many restaurants too. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location and excellent staff

A great stay spoiled by check out. Waited almost an hour for valet, and watched everyone who checked out after me get their car first. DONT do valet here, there is a parking garage directly across the street that would have been cheaper and quicker.

The property is centrally located. The staff is friendly. The curtains did not close all the way so bring clothes pins to keep them closed. The bathroom smelled of mildew and the floor always seemed dirty. The towels were very thin and I could see through some areas. The pillows were super thin and there was no variety to pick from. Bring ear plugs because other guests entering their rooms can be heard over the TV. The doors slam when closing. We could hear people outside talking from the 7th floor. The noise outside never seems to stop, trucks beeping while backing up, horns honking at all hours, and people yelling/talking. I would not stay here again.

The front desk staff was incredibly inviting and kind. Ready with recommendations and always welcoming with a smile. I truly enjoyed my stay in Boston. Thank you.

It was good

Very updated, stylish, quiet (Even on the front street side), professional staff, convenient to walking shopping/restaurants. one note: there is not a typical free courtyard breakfast buffet option - instead it is a Starbucks cafe with a small breakfast menu selection: Egg sandwich, Oatmeal, muffins, Fruit, Yogurt for a charge.

Amazing experience so catering

Hotel was very nice. We parked our car in the garage next door for $46 per night. They also offer Valet Parking. My only complaint is that we could not control the temperature of our room. We called the front desk and they assisted, but it did not work. We opened the window and that helped keep the room at 73 degrees.

The most terrible hotel I have ever stayed. Room 601 has a low frequency noise every 15 minutes. Talked to the front desk but couldn’t get any help. Did not sleep in the whole night.

Great hotel behind the Boston Public Library and a close, 5-min walk to the Back Bay train station and Copley Square. Wonderful location for walking and transportation. Also about a 10-minute walk to the Boston Public Garden

Actual experience does not live up to photos. Feels like a dated chain hotel— worn finishes without much character. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was kind and welcoming: would have rated it much higher had I paid half the price!

This was a great location. This was our first trip to Boston and we were able to walk to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops. It was also an easy walk to Fenway Park. The staff was nice and the room was clean.
