The staff were brilliant. The apartment size was ideal. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the property is less to be desired. Grubby and in need of a deep clean. The beds were quite hard to sleep on also.

Convenient, less than 10 min drive to the wineries. Comfortable, room looked better than the pics online If you don’t need one, ask for a room without interconnecting doors … can hear every bloody conversation your neighbours have through it and have to listen to what they are watching on tv.

Super friendly and helpful staff. We had a car issue and the staff did everything they could to assist us. Quiet area, large room with a patio. Would stay again.

A very convenient place to stay to enjoy all the Hunter has to offer coupled with an easy pub dinner on site if you enjoy a wine tour during the day. The facilities also include a free EV charger, BBQ area etc and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Totally recommend them.

This place is good enough if staying for a night or two.
Don’t expect anything too flashy and you will be comfortable. Yes it is outdated and could do with a facelift.
But, felt safe enough and located about 10 mins from some wineries and Hunter Valley Gardens.

Nice property, tennis court and two swimming pools were a big plus, property was quite big and lot of space around. The onprem pub/brewery was very convenient. Staff was Professional and helpful. Only word of warning is the wifi was not available in the unit we were staying and mobile reception (Optus) was quite poor (1 or 2 bars depending on location).

I felt secure and safe. The room was clean and had great facilities including the kitchenette. I would recommend putting a door on the shower though as water went everywhere after showering. Easy access and located close to restaurants and shops. I would stay there again.

Our stay was perfect! The apartment was a great size, the facilities were everything we needed. Food was good at the pub. Would definitely stay again!

Staff don’t know room capacity and contents. Room dark, dingy, dirty, noisy, mattress like a block of concrete, poor quality interior and contents. Bathroom gross and old. A/c worked well, pool ok.

We loved the location, it's very central to everything the Hunter Valley has to offer. The layout of the park is very convenient and the pool area is very nice.
The only thing we missed were some hooks, racks or line for hanging towels, swimwear and clothes?

Beautiful country surroundings, plenty of space.
We travelled with friends for a day on the green. We found a beautiful spot under a gorgeous gum to have a drink before a great dinner at the pub on site.
The next day the bud to the event was directly at the premisis. Will definitely be staying here again

There was no information in the room about the property for example a map of the property or the wifi password. The website said the room was for 3 people. We booked for 3 and found only one bed in the room. I asked for a 'trundle' bed or cot for our youngest child but was told it would cost extra even though the room is for 3 people. It's a shame because the location and the actual property lay out is perfect. Looks like they are lacking staff to help make it a great place to stay.

A pleasant motel room. Nice bathroom. To be called an apartment I would have thought it would have had a kitchenette with a sink. Other items provided were microwave, toaster etc., which were fine.
