The staff was amazing, and the rooms were very comfortable.

I have stayed at this perfect accommodation on three previous occasions for good reasons. These include the staff who continue to be charming, obliging and competent, the beautiful building and location in Stellenbosch, and the gourmet breakfasts. Having traveled extensively, it’s apparent that this hotel is a global gem and my entire family now benefit from staying there whenever we come to Stellenbosch.

For the price, you can't beat this place. Staff is very attentive, both administrative and cleaning staff. The location is perfectly situated in central stellenbosch next to all of the great restaurants the town has to offer. Not to mention their buffet breakfast is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very friendly and perfectly located hotel right in the town centre. The staff are lovely, rooms are nice and very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. I will always stay there when in Stellenbosch.

I booked this hotel for my father for a one-night trip. He enjoyed his stay and that location was great, just very busy (depending what you like). Staff friendly and he had a lovely big cooked breakfast with all the trimmings! One happy dad :)

Given we travelled during COVID times, the hotel was not fully operational. Had to go to nearby places for meals, which however were not very far. It’s a beautiful property and amazing setting.

Impressed by my short stay. Staff were exceptionally friendly and on their game, especially James. Only minor criticism is funny shower design is a bit awkward.

Great Service, lovely staff, would book to stay there again

Absolutely wonderful on every count. Lionel welcomes us as if old friends, and although perfectly professional he made us feel at home. Surprised by a wonderful upgrade to a fabulous 2-bedroom apartment which was spacious, perfectly appointed and spotlessly clean. The baths offered strong showers and included all those little amenities one needs when traveling. The kitchen is set up for an ideal self-catering stay, however the restaurant in the hotel is fantastic so if you don’t feel like cooking yourself I’d highly recommend a lunch or dinner there. The bedrooms were quiet, and the bedding wonderfully soft rivaling some of the considerably more expensive hotels in which I’ve stayed in the past. A wonderful 2 nights sleep! All in all I can’t say enough positive things about the hotel and once again, much appreciation to Lionel and Florence in reception who made what would have been an ideal stay even better!

It was very conveniently located and most of the major attractions were within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly.We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, breakfast and room. I definitely recommend getting an apartment style room. However, the hotel has no convenient amenities at this location such as pool, fitness center, etc...
