This place is SKETCHY!!! People next to us had dogs and crapped in front of our door. People hollering. We had to buy bedding because everything looked so dirty.

wonderful customer service, terrible room with stains all over of various substances, bed bugs, terrible tenants who banged on our door in the middle of the night. don’t stay here if you have more than 2 brain cells.

The staff was great

Thos is a older property with seemingly many full time residents. My stay was okay, but will not book there again.

Property had bed bugs service was trash when we complained they hung up in my face several times I would never stay again and will tell all my families and friends never to stay at any of the executive inns never

The property was not well kept but it was late so we were going to give it a try but when my friend went to take her shower roaches fell from everywhere. We immediately gathered up our sons and went to the lobby to let management know. We told him what happened and asked for a refund. He tried move us to a "clean room".

Room was not ready at check in. Room smelled of cigarettes. Bath room light did not work. Plaster falling of walls. Ask manger for other room. None aviable. We decided not to stay and got another Inn.

The place is a dump. It’s old. If you’re looking for a nice place for a few days, this isn’t it. If you just need a shower and a bed to take a break from the road, this will do. Shower pressure was great and the bed was surprisingly comfy. We slept good and got back on the road. It’s cheap and close to a Starbucks. Neighborhood seemed safe.

Check in was quick, all the ataff wete very helpful and courteous. My atay was very quiet and peaceful.

Booked the room through Expedia. Checked the hotel policies and it specifically said pets stay free. I put in the reservation notes that I had 2 Chihuahuas. When I paid for the room they charged me an additional $20 for my dogs. Also booked a non-smoking room. The room stunk horribly of cigarettes. I was moved to another room, the smell was better but still could smell cigarettes. And as I sat in bed watching TV a roach crawled up the wall beside the bed. I wouldn’t even take a shower....

This hotel was absolutely disgusting we had to completely change our reservation to a different Hotel there was pee stains on the comforters and several other disgusting things too much to even list I would never recommend this hotel to no one

To check in, you have to lean toward the small opening at the bottom of the window to hear what the clerk is saying. Very hard to hear. Room was musty smelling, comforters and sheets had stains on them. Easy to see considering they used with comforters and sheets. Carpet didn't look clean, did on the walls that would have easily be wiped off. Not enough hand towels, only 1 in the room, bathroom walls were dirty. Need to be scrubbed occasionally.

Was CLEAN the floor had mold on it. Pillows had drool stains on them.... just wasn’t well kept.

There was a lot of construction work right next to my room. It didn’t seem very clean.

When we arrived to check in we was informed that there was a fire at the hotel and no internet and no wifi..They gave me a $1.00 discount but i needed internet for work so had to quickly find another hotel.

Worst hotel on the planet. I really mean it

So my tv, WiFi, and phone were all broken. They said it was a “full” hotel but they had their vacancy light lit up. I won’t be staying here again. I just needed a place to sleep. I will say housekeeping was good and the staff was nice with decent beds that’s about all this place has going for it.

Stains on couch, bench, and bed. A Monistat is a drawer. Someone’s clothes in a drawer. Which tells me the cleaning people don’t check the drawers.

My husband woke up early morning to BUGS crawling on him. TINY LITTLE RED BUGS! Upon further inspection, there were larger dead bugs inside the pillow cases, and multiple tiny red bugs crawling on the sheets and bedding. We immediately showered and checked out of the hotel. When I told management they possibly had bed bugs, he said it couldn't be bed bugs, because you can't see bed bugs (LIE)...he then said, the bugs probably came in the room when we had the door open as we were coming and going into and out of our room. WHAT NERVE! I told him he needed to get the room fumigated immediately, he seemed to have very little concern over it!

It was good

Good bed, comfortable room, great shower. Downside was an old cigarette butt lying on the bed frame. It was billed as a non-smoking room. Staff was helpful and friendly.
