Great view. But you’re a mile and two large hills from town. But the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. Bed was fine.

Room was clean and quiet. Front desk was no help with dining options when we arrived.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this place. The pictures really do not do this place justice. It was clean, warm, and inviting. It is definitely dated and weathered but still a nice place to stay. The water was literally right out the window and the front desk was inviting and very helpful.

The property was convenient. The staff printed off passes we needed. The people below complained we walked too much at 10pm but the staff handled yhings diplomatically. The staff gave us directions

Clean room. They tried to make and old building seem updated with some new features, but it was still just sad and old. The ice machine was dirty.

It was close to the ferry and we had to leave before 6am so that was a plus. Having a room on the 3rd floor and no elevator was inconvenient and the fact that no one was in the office until 3pm and then the office closed at 7pm was very inconvenient.

The property is right on the ocean. Boats come and go from the marina Nextdoor. There is a fun tap house close by. The only complaint is that the plug for the fridge and microwave kept turning off. Our food didn’t stay cold.

Very basic and a bit run down. No AC and no towel bars or hooks in the bathroom or out. Had to plug in and reset the clock. No elevator. On the positive side, it was quiet and convenient to the main part of town. The front desk clerk did the job but couldn't seem to manage a smile.

The view is its only redeeming quality. The room stinks to high heaven. There are stains on the bedding, chari and floor. Debris and sand still on balcony. Tub stopper and phone do not work. Wifi is too weak for work. They didn't clean the room for what they call stay overs.

Reception staff unfriendly. Comfortable bed. Furnishings very old. Should put sign up directing guests to back of building with view of water; space enough for lots of benches. Currently not inviting at all. Absotulely nothing provided for breakfast; could have at least juice and muffins. No receipt given at time of payment in cash. No AC; box fan in room. Advise bringing own fan to be comfortable in room during hot weather. Bathroom fan for moisture control not usable; timer for fan scratched so much the setting numbers are unreadable. No clock in room. Printed TV guide would be helpful. Large soils on carpet.

Not sure why they changed the name of this hotel. Plus Waterfront is one word, not two!

We had a 2 queen water-view room. Our grandson loved announcing the tide levels!

I called and talked to Melissa to see if I could change my reservation for two rooms to the day I was calling instead of the next day. She was very helpful and I was allowed to change. I would stay at this hotel again.

I booked for 3 days and was unable to make it for the first day. I phoned the hotel directly to effect the change in dates. I was told that a cancellation fee would apply for the missed day but they would reserve the 3 days. When we returned to the room on the second day all our luggage was in the lobby and we were told the 3rd day was no longer available. All the hotels were booked in the town and we had to drive 30 miles before we found a room for the night. I will never use this hotel again.

Surgery everybody was super nice. Hopefully it was just a one time thing that they were short-staffed so no one was there until check in time.

It’s a lovely view from the balcony in the room. The bed is comfortable, but the bedding is old and frayed. The mirror over the sink was cracked from top to bottom and taped to hold it together. The rate was too high for this room! Good location!

Serviceable room. Clean inside. Great view and location. Parking lot very tight, garbage overflowing in hallway, staff actively unfriendly.

Beautiful view and tight on nice sandy beach

Not a $220 a night facility. many flies in room and no fly swatter available at office. Provided me with multiple pieces of typing paper folded up in thirds. Great!!

Very peaceful location.

I loved having a room, with a little balcony, right on the beach, and beach accessible. And I loved how quiet it was. I could not hear any street noise. The bed was comfortable, the shower and sink looked new, as did the mini-split heating/ cooling. I'm guessing the place may be under new owners or management, because things seemed under improvement. Maybe new carpet next? Negatives would be the need for a heavier blanket available for each bed. They only had very lightweight bed covers that did not suffice. A little more thorough cleaning. And more personable and helpful staff. I would return.

Adequate for sleeping. There are zero amenities.

The room, 210 was excellent..... the balcony, the view was superb. Will go back again soon.
