My stay at America’s best hotel in Napa was Pleasant. The hotel is older, from the seventies.

The bed was the only good feature in our room - it was firm yet soft and we got a good night's sleep. Other than that, the condition of the room was terrible. The soap dispenser had been ripped from the wall in the shower and the shampoo dispenser was empty. There was no stopper in the sink, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, and the toilet seat cover had only one bolt holding it on. We arrived late at night after an international flight so fell into bed and didn't notice all the problems until morning. The room was clean with good linens, but it was unbelievable to us that the management had seemingly not noticed or done anything about these gross deficiencies, and that they would rent out the room in this condition as it seemed that there there were many other available rooms. Definitely a NO recommendation.

Not sure if some units are lived in. Missing lightbulbs. Screens broken. Smelled like stale cigarettes. Pillows were not made for beds. Some insects on the bed. Clumps of dirt and grass on the floor. The walkway on the second florr was spongy, rotton plywood. It was quiet though.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very spacious. And it is located in a safe area. Lots of really convenient shopping and food options.

I liked the price. There was a lot of area in the room. The location was good for me. It is by 2 major roadways.

Well, the time I spent there was little, I only slept but hey it was cheap it was clean but it had a strong smell of humidity

There were signs of age of building both inside and outside my "3rd" floor room,such a cracks in bathroom tiles and lack of upkeep on porch outside the doors. Room was quiet however.

the Americas Best wanted to give us a room upstairs I informed them that my wife could not clime stairs that she would fall down them. the man behind the counter did not care he still insisted on giving us an upstairs room. he tried to justify it by saying there was nothing about needing a ground level room never have I ever had a problem with requesting a ground level room at check in until now with this Americas Best. He charged me more for a ground level and justified by saying he was giving us a room up grade. I will not stay at Motel again sense they don't give a crap about the handicap.

Floor in the room was sticky, the 2nd floor walkway needs to be replaced. Left key on dresser and left. Did not stay there. The police were there. Not a good sign. Got accommodations elsewhere. Close this property immediately and do a complete renovation.

Front staff employee stared at us while we waited for check in. other person who appeared to be a employee carried in a large box of beer in front of us.

Bad things: filthy sticky carpet, toilet crooked and flush doesn't work properly, luke warm shower water, the bathroom seriously needs an upgrade!

When we arrived at 3 pm, no king bed rooms with bathtub available. Had to change to 2 queen bed room. Would not allow me to rebook reservation thru hotels.com which meant I had to pay $6 more.

Property was just like the pictures. Checked in around 9pm. Fast and easy. The only thing is that you can hear everything from the next room.

On the website, Photo the room is nice and elegant, but when you are in the room is so bad the materials are old the restroom is the same I am disappointed

Walking into lobby for first time to check the the girl who helped me was very nice and helpful. This was a great first impression!
The room was also clean and had everything I needed, water was nice and hot for my shower and best of all it was very peaceful there at night. I slept very well and would for sure return again.

NO Coffee in rooms or lobby! Are you kidding me? Old Small TV in room. Weatherstripping around front door was in bad need of repair. Kleenex dispenser only had like three tissues.

Good place to stay. I was there three days to attend a wedding in Winters. Easy check in and check out. Room was good and location was easy enter and exit to freeway. Shopping nearby. Friendly staff. I would stay there again.

My hotel room was like nothing I’ve ever seen… black curly hair in the bathroom, mold in the corners, the toilet wouldn’t flush, paint missing on the walls, the floors & chair were stained and dirty beyond belief. It’s truly sad how people will treat hotel rooms… tiles in the shower were broken, stains everywhere and bed bugs…
I don’t think it’s this particular hotels fault how awful things were but definitely a reflection on the hotel chain please spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere decent
