Nice big, clean room. Comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient to all of the places we wanted to go to

Room was clean and spacious. Fire pit and outdoor seating very nice. Dog friendly too.

Will stay there from now on when i visit family here.

The property was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. What I enjoyed the most was the pool, hot tub and the gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again. I truly enjoyed my time there.

Easy to get to

room was great and clean. they had to shut water off one morning so we couldnt shower and an elevator was broken for a day. breakfast was so so.

We Loved the breakfast the pool and jacuzzi were clean. Free coffee all day till 10 pm . They have a nice outdoor area to grill and hang out full kitchen to eat in The staff was helpful and friendly. The maid service was more than happy to give us extra towels with a smile! We Love staying at the Hilton.

Sadly, the room was in need of maintenance. The dishwasher did not clean properly; the carpet was lifted by the bathroom doorway; the bathroom door and bath area needed a good scrub; the couch was soiled. It was not the condition I was used to from the Hilton chain. I was disappointed. I have advised the hotel and hope they will act on the deficiencies.

Everything was clean and well maintained but the decor is dated. Housekeeping is by request and although I requested it 2 out of our 4 days it did not happen. The staff was friendly and accommodating and there’s a nice indoor pool.

My daughter is UB student, so we go there very often. We usually stay in Amherst and already tried most hotels there! This is not the first time we stayed in Homewood but the breakfast this time really made us disappointed! No waffle and 5 minutes waiting for the coffee in the peak hour! The room wasn't as clean as used to be! I hope they can make things better so that I can return to Homewood my next trip.

Excellent stay!!

We dont like how front desk reception call our room and keep asking if everything ok. We stay so many hotels and this never happened. Its kinda annoyed and no respect to our privacy. We had to take the phone plug out.

The sheets weren’t clean, the carpet was extremely dirty and had a bad smell, the shower door was dirty. Please give customer fresh sheets and clean the bathrooms properly. I was very disappointed!

The facility was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast quality was pretty decent. Our kids love the pool and the whirlpool. The main issues were the toilet did not flush well and the pillows were too soft. I had to use towels to prop up my head at night.

The property was clean, the staff was amazing, i forgot my water bottle in the room and the maid ran it down to the truck quick for me. The breakfast was good. Very family friendly

While staying here we did not have running water for 12 hours no way of flushing toilets or showering and no compensation was given for the inconvenience very poor service.

It was awful.. and I hate to leave that review. But, since my email went unanswered, here it is. We arrived at 3pm as we were supposed to. We came in between games from the softball tournament we were at, which was why we were staying in the first place. Room not ready. 90 degree heat, sand and dust: we checked in to use the shower. We had to to settle for the pool instead, lugging our bags to the bathroom to get changed. About an hour later the room was ready. We went to our suite to find a note that said water was off due to a main break. The staff at the desk said nothing about this. Let us check in and wait for our room to be ready so we could shower, knowing there was no water. That’s rock bottom terrible customer service.. Not to mention the couch in our room that pulled out into a bed was to sleep two of us. I’m telling you, do not do it. I wasn’t letting my kids sleep on something that felt like that, and I’m here to tell you it felt like I was sleeping on bars. And.. still no response to the email I sent. I could have thought of way better ways to spend over $400 for one night in this place!

No clean up everyday, no towels, no toilet paper, no tissues paper, We were stayed 3 days, and we asked hotel staff for cleaning up our room, but nothing.

For some reason there was NO water, we were not able to take a shower and the breakfast was poor, the sausage were like boiled so they looked white, there were not much of options, the first night we stayed they had charged me when I made the booking and when I got there they charge me again . I think are different way that they can improve starting with customer services, cleanliness and kitchen.

Like staying there, second time staying there and both times it seem like it a problem with my bank catd going through, when i know it got way over the amount for to stay there. But overall the room, and the service is great.

This place is GREAT!! We will stay here again, and even go out of our way to go here!!

Rooms were very comfortable with lots of space. Absolutely no cleaning until after a 5 night stay without requesting daily service. Nice pool area & good location. Would stay again.
