Wonderful place located inside the old town with tapas / wine places in the direct vicinity

El lobby, el spa, la ubicación, la suite...todo mucho más de lo esperado! Volveremos cuando reabran el otro edificio después del COVID! El desayuno también acabo siendo la guinda del pastel!

Hotel was hard to find by car since sat nav did not work nearby, not hotels fault.

Check-in was as expected quick and friendly.The room was comfortable. Tricky getting in to shower as it had fixed door, when switching on the shower you get covered in cold water before it reaches temp. did not eat at the restaurant as it opened at 8:30 pm and i tend to eat around 6:30 pm.

Hotel is little bit far from the main Street.So, sometime it is difficult to reach the hotel without the Taxi or personal vehicle. Good Part is that Hotel is made in traditional style & it's Good for Stay. In front of Hotel, there is a park where you can walk anytime.

Stayed here recently for a wedding. Fantastic hotel! Rooms are so spacious and nicely decorated! Beds were very comfortable. Great choice for breakfast the next morning.

Terrace/courtyard bar was great. Old town setting lovely. Staff really nice.

Great place in beautiful settings. Loved it! Only bad thing was wi-fi didn’t work well in our room.

We booked this hotel for the spa and terrace restaurant for our one year anniversary. I emailed the hotel after booking to reserve spa time and got no response. When we arrived we were told the spa was closed for renovations and the terrace restaurant is only open from mid June- these things were not flagged on the website.

Beautiful building - the local area was also charming - though we were out of season in May and not all the restaurants were open. The hotel has some dark rooms so if light is important to you then request a room with more light. The hotel accommodated all our requests and the staff were very pleasant. The only negative comment would be that the hotel now needs some refurbishment of the rooms - to keep the hotel at the top of its game - the rooms are feeling a little tired.

The Hotel was lovely ,perhaps the bathroom need a little attention ,little the mastic round the bath but om the whole a good hotel. Breakfast included and was very good

Overnight stop on the way to Barcelona. Parking was easy and reception very welcoming. Unfortunately due to the season very few restaurants open on a Tuesday evening. Lovely hotel, didn't use the spa, the only downside was that the internet was down when we arrived.

We went over to Altafula for a wedding, cute hotel, 15 minutes walk downhill to the beach, amazing venue, feels very spanish and cultural

Despite needing a kick of paint in a few spots, the hotel was a perfect base for a long weekend away for a friend’s wedding. The staff were pleasant and the surroundings beautiful, especially the courtyard dining area. The rooms were pleasant if unspectacular, but comfortable none the less.

Fantastic place, in the heart of the old town. Peaceful and quiet with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms good sized, well equipped & comfortable. Easy walk down to the beach area & lovely to stroll the lanes around the castle in the evening. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break & will definitely be back!

No bar Outdoor pool was covered no outside seating area apart from a few bucket chairs in very small are behind reception. Lighting in bathroom too bright . Lovely location but not comfortable for longer stay unless you use Spa facilities. My view was a brick wall Staff were excellent Coffee was from a machine using pods never managed a good hot cup

Great food Friendly staff excellent views from room. But no kettle etc in room. Could not change money ? Location great for old town but long walk down to beach.

Pleasant hotel, but room facilities beginning to feel a little tired. Bathroom and shower adequate but slightly tatty, sink plug did not work, AC set at fixed value and completely inadequate for the season. Lovely location though.

Hotel Gran Claustre is a perfect place to come to rest. Your breakfast is served at a small castle, with live music. It´s just a perfect setting. We loved staying there!

Beautiful room and most staff were warm and warm. An easy walk to the beach. An adult oriented hotel. The hot spa is large pool and the water iwas not hot. No towels in the spa room. You have to pay extra to use the spa area. I had a massage that scored 3/10. Baby soft fingers that rested often. I expressed my concern regarding the whimpy massage and was told that everyone else liked it....so what. No apology and no offer to make it right for the customer. Curious that they require you to wear underwear for a massage. I don't care because I am n the modest side. I have never been told that before. She also did not ask me if I had any areas she could focus on. I would not return.
