We stayed for 2 nights, i phone was broken so i call the front dest because our fireplace was stuck on the switch was broken we slept with sliding doors open all night wire was fraide on wall bathroom needed updating, very disappointed

Water park closed during our stay due a maintenance problem. After having explained to customer service that we have come for the waterpark and not for the hotel, that complimentary bowling game etc. is not relevant to us (we have come from overseas for the waterpark, not for bowling), Dillon the manager offered 50% refund on our stay and waiver of parking fees. We agreed and drove back to NYC. Since then we have not been able to receive the refund, hotel has been unresponsive when we approached directly and were not able to get a response through hotels.com either. Very disappointed that the Great Wolf Lodge does not stand behind its promises to its guests, feel like we were offered the refund just to get us to leave customer service and not bother them, with no intention to make it up to us.

Not impressed. Water park closed. Very loud. "Balcony" was a step outside. No where to refill a water bottle. Alarm clock went off at 2 am. Definitely suggest Kalihari. Credit to the burgers at Fireside. And Imani at check in was great. Hotel is very geared toward young kids.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was far below expectations, with dirty common areas and rooms. The hotel was overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy the amenities. Additionally, the food quality was poor, lacking flavor and freshness. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and won’t be returning

First time I had a great time at Great Wolf lodge customer service was good didn’t know they had a bit of a curfew. We was being a bit loud. One of the workers had to knock my door so sorry. My son and a nephew loved it wanted it to stay until the end really enjoy the activities. Really like the themes of each Entrance in each hallway Enjoyed that they had variation in restaurants in the main floor and the game room for the kids after the pool closed. All in all had a pleasant time.

I enjoyed my first time visit. The kids enjoyed inside and outside of the water park.
