Really nice hotel. Very clean and well finished, with excellent customer service.

Near to end of prom,quiet location.Beach 2 min walk,passing nice friendly watering hole.Walk to end of prom about 30 mins,will keep you fit.On walkto far end interesting food menus and tapas bar(over looking the big rock).

Very comfortable hotel with good facilities and everything well looked after. Always enough sunbeds around the pool, even on hot sunny days, and always a shady spot available if you wanted shade. The location is a bit of a distance from the main town but we thought it was worth it. On our last day, after we checked out, they were happy to let us use a shower and changing room after lazing around the pool, and gave us towels to use. The breakfast was very good and on the one day when we ate dinner in the hotel, both the service and food were also very good.

Hotel was not what we expected, the shower would surge super hot then cold, we could hear through both walls and had to pay for parking even though it said on the ad there was free parking nearby. We did however have a good room with sea views, the bed was very comfortable and the spa was great. Over all the hotel was ok but personally don’t feel it was worth the money.

This is not a 4 star by any standard. Everything is mediocre. There are non of the standard comforts you would expect from even a 3 star such as safe (pay extra), dressing gowns, daily cleaning, and although we encountered some very helpful staff in the restaurant, 50 % were unhelpful and treated you like an inconvenience. I found the reception staff particularly unhelpful and at times rude. A word of advice, you need to carry cash with you all the time as practically everything is pay as you go and you have to pay for pool towels (nothing can be charged to you room). I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and would question the validity of the customer reviews.

The room was great - super comfy bed with amazing sea views. Staff were friendly and helpful and the area lovely to walk around in. The pool, bar and spa was amazing - well worth a visit to the spa. We had the whole place to our self on the Sunday evening. So relaxing. Definitely recommend staying here! Thank you!

nice place to visit and stay. good SPA, good food and friendly service. just pay more attention to the breakfast: good and with variaty, but really orrible juices nad no yogurts and so on.but generally i could raccomend it for sure.

I was with my girlfriend and we enjoyed this short stay in Blanes. The hotel is very confortable.

Would recommend and visit again. Good hotel, comfy sun loungers, close to lovely beach. Food great and staff very friendly.

Hotel is nice and clean overall, but not well managed. Food is very bad, nothing is labeled (seriously, not even names of the dishes, I am not even speaking about listing ingredients). Pool is nice and clean, but again no personnel watches it, therefore people smoke, dive, etc., even though it's not permitted. Corresponding signs are not very visible. Room is nice and was clean one our first day, but they don't clean floors every day, which leads to accumulation of beach sand.

Superior room was ok. Family room that we has reserved was not ok. Iron curtains was out of order and floor was not cleaned. Traditional curtains were "russian style" and so transparent that it was impossible to sleep. We got new room from Superior room and that was ok. Poolside was not clean. Mold here and there. Hotel itself surrounded huge camping areas.

The hotel is in a quiet location about 1km from the town. The pool is nice and has some natural shade and many umbrellas. Stayed on bed & breakfast deal. The buffet breakfast is of a good standard . The hotel was full when I stayed and the pool did get busy. Only one euro on the bus to the town and the bus stop is outside the hotel a short walk.

The hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. We had lovely suite. The only criticism I have is that the bathroom sinks were too shallow even though they looked great. We enjoyed the local area too.

What we loved was it wasn't full of English, very cosmipolitian. There were lots of beds round the pool and a pool bar. It is 5 mins walk from the beach, which is fabulous. Its 25 mins walk along the sea front to the centre area with shops etc but there are bars and restaurants along the way. Also you can get a fun train from outside the hotel next door on 5 past the hour for 2.50 euro. Which we did by the end of the week as we did alot of walking !!!A visit to the Botanical gardens is a must and the boat trip to Tossa de mar for 25 euro well worth it. We got the bus to Girona for 12 euros from the bus station 15 mins walk from the hotel. Girona was amazing.( don't'go Monday the shops are shut !!!).We would highly recommend this hotel . Top tip ..take a travel kettle so you can have a cup of tea in the room. There is a fridge for the milk !!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel from 19th June 2016 until the 25th June 2016 and so the hotel was quite quiet which was lovely. There's only a short walk to the beach and it's a lovely walk to get to the shops in Blanes. The spa was also great value for money and helped us relax before we travelled home.

We stayed half board for 10 days. Buffet was good, changed daily and catered for gluten free at breakfast. Rooms clean, beds v comfortable and fridge a real bonus. Pool good size and clean. Used gym regularly and visited spa which we thought was good value. Bar staff good but when busy could do with extra help. Nice to be in hotel with mixture of all nationalities.

I would rate this hotel like 4*+Conditions of stay and hotels service are good enough and meets my expectations. As for cuisine - it was fantastic.
