Amazing hotel, very well refurbished with great facilities. Staff are lovely and the location and setting are fantastic - only let down by some fairly rude guests which the staff somehow accommodate without complaining too visibly.

We booked 6 months before arrival, 2 connected rooms. We had requested connected rooms but received no replies from the hotel. We were ready to pay more but no replies. Onsite no availabilities. Dirty rooms; hair in the floor. No vouchers given for spa for expedia members even though it was in price. After long negotiation got discount however. Front staff are not able to make any decisions and they need to check all so it takes lots of time to deal with anything. Even the check in takes 30 minutes. Pool area very nice. Would be happy to cone back if rooms were clean.

What a beautiful place to relax!

Family of four stayed in one superior room With balcony and sea view on 4th floor in D block. Hotel is big, very clean, service fantastic and breakfast very good. Location is Great With short walk to town and Zlatni Rat. Can recommend to anyone going to Bol for summer holidays. Did not try the Spa (very expensive).

Over all a pleasant stay with the family. Clean rooms and excellent facilities. Nice pool area and a well equipped gym. Located just next to the beach walk gives a nice enjoyable environment when enjoying the breakfast outside or having a room with sea view. Enjoyed a superior room with four “beds” with sea view. Would not recommend the bed sofa for an adult. We had half board included. Food and service was good but as many others mentioned the dinner is served only for two hours (7-9pm). Families lining up before 7 o’clock most seats taken at 7:20 and popular dishes and deserts running low after 8. Management might rethink this setup during high season. Overall a nice stay at a good resort.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location.

Hotel was beautiful, the food (breakfast buffet, and Dinner) was very good. Hotel is a 15 min walk to the downtown area.

We actually stayed at the Bluesun Bonaca family resort, which was very nice! Extremely friendly staff - well done to all! We loved our stay, but too short 😔. Hoping to go back!

The place is nice, we booked it with breakfast and dinner, food is good, staffs are very nice. We booked an ocean view room, but we barely able to see the ocean because there were lots of trees, but we get charge for ocean view room. The air conditioning is set for 22 degrees in the room and guests can not change the room temperature by themselves. The drain in the shower was very slow.

Terrible cleaning/sanitary standards in rooms and buffet, rude staff during breakfast and the property caters to families with babies and small children which does not provide a relaxing environment for solo travelers or young couples with no kids.

Nice hotels resort ! Nothing to do in the night

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. 5-6 mins walk to the Zlatni Rat beach and 7-8 mins walk to the town. The staffs were just terrible and very unprofessional. Seems like they did not wanna be bothered. From the check in to check out the whole experience with staffs was just terrible, especially the front desk. The room was not fully cleaned. Some basic cleaning. The floor had some stains and we were able to clean it easily with the sanitized wipe. The shower had drain issues! And we had to ask them to fix it. Water was just backing up during the shower. We only tried the breakfast there and the coffee was just disgusting. I saw they were brewing new coffee over the old ones. The taste was just gross. Breakfast was ok. We did not even bothered ourselves to try the dinner. Again the only good thing about this property was the location.

Great hotel, right on the coast, everything within walking distance

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A nice hotel in a beautiful area - completely surpassed expectation. Hotel had everything you could want. We usually avoid buffet dinner but the one here was surprisingly good

Amazing place , food , stuff

I went to that Hotel with great enthusiasm, because I thought with all the comments that I read it was a four-star Hotel, really four stars, but I found that it was not like that, there were no towels for the pool or for the beach, everything was so crowded on the beach , that there was not even where to lie down, all the armchairs al was occupied, they do not have enough capacity for what they offer in high season, it is not a four-star hotel. The food looked like they kept the loaves from the day before. They tasted kept the fish still seemed reheated. The Hotel is beautiful, the location is very nice, it has a nice view, but it is not facing the sea, you have to walk to get to the beach, it is not how they show you in the Picture, it has several beaches in front and you have to ask which is the beach that belong that Hotel. I was wrong and I went to one where they kicked me out. I felt very sad, but hey, it's a matter of experiencing it yourself. Taxis are very expensive, they take advantage of tourists. The truth is that I have very little desire to return to Croatia!! Is a very nice place but I am very disappointed!! the beaches are stone beach!! if you go,you have to wear those slippers to swim in the sea, because if you don't you will leave with horrible foot pain! This Hotel deserves two stars for the service and for the building, it deserves four stars.

The property was beautiful and right along the beach. It was a short walk to the town center where there are shops and restaurants, and boats to go on excursions like The Blue Cave Tour. We felt safe and it was very clean and well maintained. It was a perfect spot for a family vacation!

Good hotel, location ideal, breakfast disappointing, good staff. Breakfast finishes at 10 so very busy and noisy from 915 onwards, poor coffee, limited food choices, queues for most items. If it finished at 11, would spread the number of people out. No excuse for bad coffee.

Very nice hotel. Very family friendly. Close to the beach and the town. Walking distance to Golden Horn beach. Lots of parking, for a fee.

Hotel has very much a business/confrernce feel. We were there early in their season, but staff felt like tgey could not be bothered. They felt fatigued already. They were not particularly friendly or forthcoming with a friwndly face. Despite cards in the room saying that they were eco friendly and would only change towels if left on the floor, all towels were replaced everyday.

Modern room with comfy bed and nice outlook from balcony. 10-15 minute walk into Bol village from hotel along a lovely walkway next to the sea. Zlatni Rat beach in opposite direction and close by. We were half board and found the food very similar each day, more variety would have been nice although food was well cooked.

Lage

From our arrival, until we leave we felt amazed with the location, hotel and the service. Everything was spectacular and we will go back next year for more.

Fantastic location and service quality. Fannika from the reception is super kind, available, and professional. She made our stay more than fantastic. Ivana, the housekeeping manager is also great. She made sure that our room was perfectly clean during our stay. It has been a great pleasure staying there, we enjoyed it so much.

The property was in a great location, the breakfast was excellent and the majority of the staff were friendly. I wish the rooms were larger.
