Brilliant Hotel, great staff.

Family of 4. We asjed for kids beds to be put in the room, and hotel were helpful with that request. Service at the main restaurant was good, staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome, very good with kids. Food got a bit samey as we were full board, so I'd recommend half board. Shops nearby so can grab snacks from the supermarket if needed. Service at the pool side restaurant was very slow. I was also disappointed that a regular at the bar was served before me even though I had been waiting a while with a small child, seemed to be some favouritism. Swimming pools were great, lots of pools and great kids pool. Our 2nd visit to this hotel. First visit 4 years ago was amazing, and this visit overall was good.

Great staff. Attractive resort. Super spa. Very relaxing. Restaurant food needs to improve to match the high standard of the rest of the resort.

Staff provide excellent customer service but hotel needs a little TLC.

A very pleasant stay in a lovely setting. Very good location beside the beach and within walking distance of other amenities. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool . Very generous buffet breakfast with good service

Our stay was fantastic -wonderful to get back to holidaying again. The hotel is wonderful, the location, sea view, proximity to the beach and shops. The staff are excellent proving real 5-star service especially Tom & Mike.

big hotel with a bit old but good installations in general, great service

3 star service at 5 star price. Poor food quality and variety. The furniture and the whole Hotel is pretty worn. Maybe it was better pre-COVID, but now offering low service at the same price level. This is definetly not what I expect from a 5 star Hotel.

We liked the location and the pools and the staff, really kind and helpful, the breakfast, however, was not suitable for a 5 * hotel.

The room was spacious with the bathroom in particular very good. The food was very good as well - best mojo rojo in any hotel in the Canary Islands for me to date! The pool and pool bar were good, and staff were friendly. The room was not very soundproof meaning many disturbed nights sleep. Some of the hotel design is a bit dated and shabby, although maybe its just not really my taste. The main hotel bar was a bit boring and the most of the bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel were really bad, so be prepared to take a drive to some of the islands more interesting spots. Overall, while we had a good time, I wouldnt stay again.

A lovely hotel, deserving of its 5*. Very nice well kept grounds, nice good sized pools. We stayed in late June and there were always plenty of sun loungers. The location is just right, close enough to the town that you can stroll in and out along the seafront. But far enough away so as not to be effected by any of the noise from the bars etc. Nice beach right outside the hotel, town beach 5 min stroll. The land at the side of the hotel was my sons favourite spot, as it had Chipmunks. Feeding these was the highlight of his holiday, and he was happy to just sit there with them. They are very friendly and not at all afraid of people. We stayed half board, breakfast was nice with plenty of choice for adults and children. Evening buffet was ok, but we have a very fussy 14yr old with food allergies. We didnt find the choice for kids meals to be as good, we ate out most nights. But this was not a big deal for us, when we booked half board was the same price as B&B, so we didnt lose anything. After going all inclusive before, we didnt really want to eating in the same place all the time again anyhow. So even if there was more selection, we probably would have eaten out most nights anyway. The drinks are a little pricey, but then it is a 5*.We stayed at a 5* last year on Lanzarote, which although a nice hotel was certainly not worthy of 5*. The Sheraton however is much more deserving. Very clean, polite staff, very nice rooms etc.
