I needed to book a room at AC Hotel Vicenza for a friend, who is a war refugee, and needed to work with the staff on arranging payment and logistics from overseas. I was very pleased how helpful the staff was. And my friend absolutely loved this hotel. If I get to visit Vicenza myself sometime, I will book there again.

Friendly staff, their manager didnt care to wear mask though. Our room did not have the promised bathroom or tv size. The excuse was that it was a wheelchair friendly room. And to me thats no excuse,- they could at least have notified us before the stay. The room was ICE cold and we had to argue two days with the staff before we got to borrow a tiny stinky noisy heater. In tge meantime we had already been out to buy extra blankets ourselves. Very disappointed to be fair.

Absolutely amazing however, the cashier wouldn’t process my credit card as credit, they are very big on using debit. Besides that the stay was great and the staff was wonderful.

Good business hotel. It’s in a somewhat industrial area of Vicenza so not really walkable To the center but plenty of parking and good amenities.

On one occasion it appears that the cleaning staff did not complete their cleaning in my room. I arrived with the hotel toiletries strewed across the bath tub. No new towels or toiletries. I had to call the reception desk to bring me replacements. Also, the vent above the shower is gross. It needs to be wiped. It appears to be growing mold or something Finally when I first arrived, I found that my blanket had a foul smell. I had to call the reception desk again for replacement. The gentleman working at reception made my stay much better. If it weren't for him, I would stay somewhere else as he was able to remedy all my issues quickly and sweetly.

Fair price, convenient location. Once you arrive the hotel does not have a welcoming exterior, parking area seems neglected...

The hotel was very nice. Modern, great comfortable bed, room service was great, located near shops, grocery stores, and main roadways.

Hotel was in the suburb. It is more three stars to me rather than four. In general clean and functional.

Short stay, but it was nice. They have a Friendly staff and a mini bar in your room. A little warm sometimes because they shut off the A/C during fall season, I think it has to do with city regulation. My overall stay was ok. i will come back again.. this hotel also offers breakfast, if you have not had euro breakfast, I highly recommend that you try them. im sure you will like them. Thank You!!

Rooms are nuce and stylish but the walls at too thin and I was disturbed by both neighbours either side on numerous occasions late at night.

Check in staff very helpful with directions to various places in the area. Parking was free and the breakfast was good.

Typical Marriott style hotel. Pity that the restaurant is closed at the weekend. Not a large room, but nicely furnished.

Stayed here For 4 Days, room rate good but over priced breakfast, dinner & bar area. The room was clean but extremely small. No dresser for clothes, we practically had to live out of our luggage. Staff was helpful but this is not a Marriott even if it has the name.

We had a pleasant stay of two nights. We booked the highest level room because it wasn't much more expensive than the slightly lower grade room. We were very pleased when we checked in. Despite the bed being very comfortable, because we were there in late-March, the room and hallways were much too warm. Since it was between seasons, the hotel hadn't enabled air conditioning and the built-in fan just circulated warm air. Maybe there was central heating still on. Opening the window brought cooler air, but the road in front of the hotel was quite busy and additionally, there is a nightclub next to the hotel which we could hear. The next evening, we asked if they had a fan. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. She found one and also offered to move our room to the back of the hotel where it was much quieter and where we could keep the window open. The room was a lower standard room, smaller and without some of the perks of the more expensive room, but we slept much better.Breakfast was pleasant with several different types of meat, cheese, breads, and juices on offer. The coffee, as another review pointed out, could definitely be better though.

Quality and facilities what was expected from AC by Marriott. Higher end finish to rooms a and parking a plenty. Although slightly out of town it is easy to find and if you dont wish to drive into town the no 14 bus stops right outside and goes direct to the train station.

You can hear everything from the other rooms, staff not helpful, location terrible, taxy very expensive. Right beside a major highway, so busy that you risk your life to go accross to a nearby restaurant. I will not be back again.

Comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast OK. Taki tkes around 12 EUROS for downtown.

The service and standard of the hotel was e3xcellent and great value
