Location was just outside of the old town and accessible via a bus. So this was away from the maddening crowds! I had half board but this was not necessary as there are restaurants that are accessible even for dinner. The adjacent Bosnian restaurant, TajMahal for example was very good. The buffet at the hotel for breakfast and dinner was reasonable in quality but it catered for tour groups and the food was mass produced.

My one night stay was great. No complaints.

The service is good, the condition of the facilities is very good, the breakfast is complete and they have a lot of staff serving the different areas. The pool is also very good with bar service on the hammock or tables. The bus stops both to get to the historic center and to return are quite close to the hotel.

Best hotel in the area was a short walk to old town and the facilities were great.

The hotel is fairly modern and is located reasonably close to the marina, but not so the Old Town. Rooms,service etc. are good, however the shower (over bath) was probably the worst design I have experienced. The glass door had a hinge however you had to climb in at the back of the bath treading on the sloping bit at the back to get in & out, as the door didnot swing outwards. The shower head, no matter which position/twisting hose I tried always wanted to point to the back wall passing the glass screen and flooding the floor. There are no facilities for an afternoon/evening check out,you can use the poolside shower and the pool toilet where the floor was both dirty and wet. By the way the pool area is far too small for the No. of rooms, people constantly waiting for sunbeds. For a hotel supposed to be 5 star, would have expected a room to freshen up/change especially in the present heat. When informing reception about the safety of getting in and out of shower he said yes it's not the best is it. Dissapointing for money paid

Lovely Hotel

The rooms and beds were very comfortable, very helpful concierge team. Lovely clean hotel and lovely breakfast. Easy to get to old town by bus or Uber. Staff were very helpful too.

Good location with an amazing pool and bar/lounge area.

Amazing views! The location is walking distance to the old town,bars,restaurants,Port and bus station. The service by Krystina and Tony is excellent.

The stay at hotel Lero was very nice. Location of the hotel is great, and the hotel is clean. Also the busses to the Old Town left nearby the hotel. The only minus was that there was not any possibility to later check out, check out at 10:00 is very early, if the flight home is leaving in the evening.

The hotel staff were attentive and the breakfast was varied and delicious. We also enjoyed eating at the hotel's two restaurants. The hotel is a short drive from the historic old town, although it is a bit far if you intend to walk there (25-30 minutes). The pool was very crowded, but overall we were very happy with our stay.

Great Hotel to stay at, 4 bus stops from the old town centre so this saved on walking and the Dubrovnik 3 day pass provided us with free bus travel as well as entry to a range of museums in the old town and access to walk the wall. The pool at the hotel was especially enjoyable in the afternoons after spending time in the old town as the weather was exgtremely hot.

AC in most rooms does not work properly. Ran out of pool towels and never picked up the used pile. Otherwise it was ok.

Location to Riva was great. Windows in the room did not seal properly and since it is on a main busy street it was loud at night. Breakfast area could be organized better since its very small. Padlock on a refridgerator is a bit tacky and not welcoming. Staff however was great.

Great hotel, a little walk to the old city. Useful to have the swimming pool. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Bar outside area was a great place to relax in the evening.

Closer to a 5 star property. The staff were friendly and professional, When we arrived late for our check in the childs crib was in the room. Checkin was fast. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and nicely designed. 25 minute walk to the old city. If i am ever back in town, I would book here.

Perfect place to stay. Offered breakfast that had a lot of options and was all good. Pool Area was so nice. Ate at the restaurant and that was so good too

Really nice hotel and an easy walk or bus into the main town. Rooms were really nice. Pool is quite packed.

the absolute perfect spot for a stay in wonderful dubrovnik! free parking out front, breakfast (AND dinner!) included with generous buffets, a wonderful bar, and helpful staff. perched on a hill overlooking the water, the hotel is 5 minutes from the beach and a short, beautiful walk to the old town. highly recommended!

Excellent hotel, very clean and tidy. Very understanding and professional staff. The manager allowed us a later checkout which was very kind of him. The pool is also very nice and clean. The breakfast is top quality and plenty of options. Highly recommend this hotel if ever visiting Dubrovnik
