They charged us before getting there even though it said pay when we arrive. We asked why and she said we have others trying to book so we had to ensure it was booked. it was very dirty, nothing is updated. It was extremely run down

Needs a lot of updating

Check in was easy. Room was dirty and things were severely run down. I didn’t expect much but we were offered drugs on the way to our room. The shower was un usable. And there was no air conditioning. Its summer! I didn’t expect much it was fine for a night i guess but never again.

tv didn’t work, stains on sheets and pillows, doors all dented, holes in bed frames, trash behind and under beds, etc

Very nice staff

Well, I had to fix the toilet by myself, the door had cracks on the bottom like it looked like it had been kicked in, and we then heard they had electrical problems with the pool, yet they still allowed people to swim.

The only positive thing is it's about a block away from the boardwalk. Mattress gave us back pain, shower had hair, shower rod was completely deteriorated, hair in the bathroom. There was a fridge and microwave. We didn't use the microwave so I dont know if it worked. Pool was mainly green. You get what you pay for.

I will and do not recommend. The owner was rude, there was no hot water and ants everyware, the pool was gross dirty, the only thing good about it was close to the boardwalk

The room had roaches. The service was horrible. The pool was green with algae and unusable.

Somewhat cheaper stay very close to boardwalk. Doesn't look like the classiest place. Room had a smell. Pool was clean.

Friendly and polite staff

Theres was roaches and the tv did not work and the man downstairs was upset that we woke him up to tell him the tv does not work

Stayed one night saw two big cockroaches one coming out of the sink the other one behind the toilet and a baby one next to the bed in the middle

Updating is needed

The place was dirty and smelled, the bathroom Smelled like feet, paint was peeling, the host or owner was rude and very unwelcoming, the tv didn’t work.

Good hotel

Bugs. Shower in poor condition. No safety bar in shower. You can hear everything .

Upon my arrival the owner was rude and nasty because no one was in the office and I had to knock on his hotel room> TThe have no amenities whatsoever , not even ice. The phyical condition of building is essentially in shambels DO NOT STAY HERE. We slep on top of the beds because we were concerned about bed bugs

This was the most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed in. I wasn’t expecting luxury but this was abhorrent! I saw actual bugs crawling across the floor last night. There was a fist-sized hole in the wall filled with a crumpled up brown paper bag. The mattress cover had a brown stain on it. The air conditioner unit was beyond filthy. It was so out of date and things were falling apart. I went out of my way to touch as little as possible. I chose this spot because the rating and pictures seemed acceptable for a quick one-night stay as I passed through town but my god… You should be ashamed for running a business this way.

Room was very filthy broken down and bug infested. The dirty pool was open all night making it impossible to get a good nights rest before 3:00am. The whole property was littered with garbage.

Staff was great! Room with the three beds couldn’t have worked out better! Bedding was a little sandy but nothing a good shake off couldn’t help!

Bathroom is disgusting

I don’t think I have ever stayed in a place so dirty and filthy, the bathroom looks like no one cleaned in a while, the shower curtain was fill with mold, the refrigerator at the room dirty, the chair and sofa with stain, headboard broken..

Do not stay here. Dirty, dingy and unsafe. Loud at night since it is all kids piled into different rooms. Do not stay here! Awful!!

Smell of stale cigarettes lingering in the room. No sheet set on bed, rather a flimsy comforter and 1 thin fitted sheet. Trash can and bathtub were filthy. Teenagers booking next door partied until 5 in the morning and were loud/belligerent. I’m surprised that this hotel is still in service.

This property was very dirty and ...DARK....The light and the Tv in the room where broken and did not work... The pool was not open and did not even have water in it :( when my girlfriend and myself showed up at the hotel all the beding was being sorted out by the empty pool along with the pillows ? .....I HAVE NO CLUE WHY ...I have never seen anything in my life like this ..it was so bad that my girlfriend and myself had know other choice but to find another hotel to stay at.. my girlfriend felt unsafe at this location. So no less did I pay for this location I had to pay for another...Both Expedia and the hotel should be ashamed of buting the nice pictures on this site when this hotel looks absolutely nothing like what the pictures look like ... I hold Expedia and the hotel accountable for having to pay for another hotel...

The staff was friendly however, the hotel itself is filthy. The room was not clean, hair in shower, stained sheets. There were cigarette butts and garbage laying around outside. It was very run down. The lock on the door was broken. There was a duck and garbage in the black water pool. I get that the pool would not be open but to have it left like that tells you about the how the rest of the place was

The room was a nice size with the kitchen convince all in one area. Bed was comfortable well maintained with the night table access with built in socket for charging my electronics

They charged me $80 per night for 2 nights. Never honored the Expedia price of $60 ~ Disappointing
