Check-in is 3PM but our room was not ready until 5pm so we had to wait around for two hours. The hotel overall is not in good condition. One good thing was the free limo service.

My stay was pleasant and trouble-free (room 118). The towels were softer than my towels at home, and they were glorious. The room was scent-free, which was a blessing. The bottled water and apples at the checkout desk were a nice touch. If you're gluten-free, don't count on being able to eat much of the breakfast, but the in-room fridge and microwave are a great convenience. Some of the features in the room are pretty run down (rust on the mirror, the bathroom fan sounded like something was stuck in it, etc.), but once I got past that, it was a really nice stay.

Was just fine, clean, pleasant . Could be updated but not an issue.

Our room smelled the towel rack was broken off the carpet was dirty !!!! I told the manager that same day but he said maintenance would fix it but they didn't. it was not a Wyndham up to standard room. too bad but after I told the afternoon clerk she put us in a new room on the second day!!! her name was Deena she responded quickly!!!! the elevator was from the dark ages and the carpet was stained and gross.

Carpet in the whole facility disgusting all need remove with new carpet. Bathrooms are way to small and toliet is way to sort elevator is broke and and it is very disgusting. Never recommend anyone stay in this place till cleaned and replaced carpet. The staff was very nice and helpful Breakfast lady very good but the facility is very disgusting!!!

This hotel was perfect for a one night stay for a wedding close by. Front desk was quick, breakfast was what you would except from a hotel breakfast. Overall, my party of 4 was very satisfied.

worn, dirty and in general on its last legs as a hotel. Wish I would have paid a bit more or searched harder.

Carpet both in hallway and in hotel room was filthy. You could see the black areas where there was walking done. We felt that we had to wear our shoes in the hotel room at all times. Shower was old and when you showered, you could not feel any soap on your body or shampoo in your hair. It was so much hard water. Sitting in the chair in the main sitting room of the hotel. The arms and where the head touches the chair was black.

Rooms were clean, provided water bottles which was really nice.

Clean rooms. Nice workers. Bummed the pool area seemed neglected. No towels, hot tub not working. Otherwise the room served its purpose.

When we were checking in, the ladies at the desk were distracted talking about a pen that someone took. It took 10 minutes to check in because the one woman kept stopping to look for the specific pen. The cleanliness was poor. We got to our room and had to ask for clean sheets because there was BLOOD on them. On every pillowcase, and on one of the blankets. Unsure if they were just stains, because it was still red in places instead of brownish like an old stain. There were many other minor cleanliness/maintenance issues, like sand in the pool & hot tub. Also the shower soaked the bathroom walls & door no matter what we did to stop it, and it was obvious that it was doing that for a long time because the walls and door had water damage and mold there already. Despite ALL of these things, I didn't plan on leaving a review. We were staying 1 night because we made a last minute trip to the area for the Mackinaw Bridge Walk on Labor Day. Most places were booked and everywhere was expensive (including this location $218!). We just needed a place to sleep, as we were leaving at 6am anyway. The worst part: we had just gone to sleep when at 11pm, 2 young women walked into our room! They were given keys and told our room was theirs! They were confused, and went to the desk to get their correct room. We bolted the door with all locks. Of course my husband and I couldn't sleep after that. We had our kids in the room! It felt very unsafe.

Well..staff was odd at front desk...stairway leading up to 2nd floor snelled so bad and was really dirty... Room as with hotel is dated..bed was comfy. Walls seemed thin because we could hear everything and everyone who walked or ran the halls or stairs...we had a room with a walkout deck and the door barely opened..screen door was layimg against the wall...lawn and bushes were clearly neglected and parking lot is dark.....little kitchen area had a drippy faucet...definitely will not recommend this place nor stay at another days inn....not worth what i was vharged per night...

It was pet friendly and worked well for our overnight needs. Quiet and secure.

Nice place to stay without breaking the bank, and it’s close to town.

Check-in was smooth. Very confusing to get up to my room, but more of a personal problem. Breakfast was lackluster. Great rooms with a lot of space. Clean for the most part and very friendly staff.

Great value. Pool was nice. Breakfast was great. Tv and WiFi never worked properly or was unreliable. Location is ideal for the areas we explored and shuttle service to casino was nice

Look elsewhere.checked in around 9pm and both front desk people were on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me for 5 minutes. The elevator wasn’t working and my husband is on crutches. Carpet coming up in main areas, room career had stains and was peeling up. Bed was hard as a rock. Room smelled musty, was very small for 2 beds.

The staff was very friendly. Conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown Petoskey. Great price for the time of year we went. Rooms were clean, but could use a little updating.

It was nice, a little dated and I was worried about peoples comments but it was a fun experience for my self and two children. The hot tub in the pool area had weak jet and no bubbles. One fun thing that was unexpected was they had limo service so my kids loved that, the gentleman driving took us to our restaurant and picked us back up, this was all a complimentary service!

The room smelled like weed and the beds were dirty. We did not stay. We left and stayed somewhere else. The person at the desk was not friendly.

The pool was kinda dirty never any towels. The floors in the room were really dirty. Barely any towels in the room.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the room smelled like smoke, the hot tub was dirty (there was a line around it that looked like it could have been an iron stain, but we could rub it clean. Ewww. Did NOT get all the way in.), there was a free shuttle to downtown, that was not there, and I did not get a response back from the hotel on the shuttle times. Not coming back

Hotel is older and could use a good cleaning.
