There is only few people staying at the hotel because of tet holidays. Service is excellent pool is very good.

This is the first time I stay at PHU HÃI hotel.I’m very happy with the service and food Was so good.I will definitely come back here again for my next trip.The hotel was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wery nice and kind personal. Nice lokation, nice beach and nice water. Everything was very good 5 of 5 stars

Internet was spotty, didn’t always work. Very clean. Rooms were nice and spacious. The night I arrived I sat at the bar for about 15 minutes before the bartender arrived, took another 15 to get a drink. Not great service. The front desk was helpful though

The hotel was nice. Avoid the massage. Not worth the money. We booked a car to take us back to HCMC. The first driver was good, but he made a stop and a driver change. This driver made several stops. He needed to smoke, WC, stop by a family place, coffe, etc. The driving was either reckless or superslow. We used one hour more just so he could save some money on highway toll.

We stayed in a two bedroom villa. Lovely location and setup. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Wo booked this hotel the 3rd time and we absolutely love it...ambience, the beautiful looked after gardens, the pool setting and closeness to a clean beach, the room are spotless, comfortable, spacious and make it an enjoyable place to come back. The breakfast buffet is offering good choices of fresh continental and vietnamese cuisine and they make special orders as well. It tasty and its a great start for the day. The only disadvantage is its far from Mui Ne and free shuttle are in the evening..During the day you need a taxi to get around. 200000 D to Pham Thiet snd 60000 D to Mui Ne,(approx. A$10 or A$ )4

We enjoyed the beach view villa, from which we were a few steps away from the beach and from the swimming pool. Nice waves to have fun with the kids on the beach. We did have two noisy afternoons with loudspeaker entertainment for groups though, but it ended in late afternoon. Overall, a very nice experience.

Couldn’t fault the property, facilities, cleanliness and dedicated staff whether working in the gardens, hotel and restaurants.

The hotel was nice, good pool and well located, however a lot of information listed on Expedia was incorrect such as a baby sitting service and 24 hr shuttle bus available upon request.

Amazing find. This hotel was the best part of our trip. Not easy to get to but very much worth it. Great pool, great beach and the bungalow with the outdoor shower was perfect, very clean and well built.

THE ONLY PROBLEM was that I had booked and paid extra for 2 rooms king beds but they only gave us 1 room with a king and the other a queen. When I had talk to the reception desk they told me it’s Hotels.com who changed me and that the hotel only has 2 rooms in the resort that has king beds. They did offer to give us the other room which would have been on the other side of the resort which we didn’t want. So we just kept our rooms. SO IF YOUR PLANING ON BOOKING HERE WITH FRIENDS. REMEMBER THE RESORT ONLY HAS 2 ROOMS WITH KING BEDS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE RESORT. Other then that the resort was wonderful.

Unfortunately too much litter on the beach, which is not the fault of the hotel, if the hotel could some resource to litter collection would benefit all concerned.

Small outdoors area attached within the villa with a couple of deck chairs which were enjoyable to sit and relax in the evening. Outdoor shower is excellent, watch the palm trees above your head during the day, or have a shower under the stars at night. Resort has had extra rooms added since our last stay. Small Vietnamese restaurant has opened up opposite the entrance. We ate there several times, food was good and beer was cold Also another shop opposite the resort entrance renting motorbikes, we rented two bikes for 24 hours for our family of four. Resort is very clean, cleaners are constantly cleaning everywhere. Given that the resort is next to the ocean, the constant cleaning is reflected by the excellent overall condition. The food is good, both Vietnamese and Western. We will be back next year!

Staying at Phu Hai was as always an excellent experience

We had a great time at Phu Hai Resort and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Very satisfied with this resort. We stayed for 7 days and don't have any complaints. Service is perfect , they have several Filipinos employed which makes service even better. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast buffet and plenty of choices for dinner dishes. We would come back for sure . Remarks poor Wi-Fi and no air conditioner in gym, this does not effect our rating but can be improved. Until next time !

Two bedroom beachfront unit was magnificent, however, the steps going upstairs were extremely steep and a lot of care was needed.. Plenty of sun lounges on the beach and around the large clean pool

As good as a 5 star hotel. Everything was great.

Beach front villa is very good for family (4 or 5 guests). Close to sea. Every day the basket with fresh fruits. Good breakfast. Good swimming pool.

Fabulous resort with great beach, pool, and grounds. The breakfast is the best weve had at any hotel or resort, and the staff are beyond superb and very very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone. Some people dont like the location because its a few km from the central restaurant and shop area, but the taxi is only $3 so it wasnt an issue for us.

Overall, it is a very nice and clean facility. The breakfast is excellent. The pool is nice. At night, they have live music performance. The staff is very helpful. We left one of our baggage in the taxi and the resort staff helped locate the taxi driver and have the baggage returned to us just in time for us to catch the bus back to Ho Chi Minh city. Great effort and help by the staff. Thanks a lots and it is much appreciated. I will definitely return to the same resort if my family and I visit Mui Ne again in the future.
