The inn is in need of refurbishment. Bed was very soft and had little structure. No coffee at the front desk. The room smelled musty and air conditioner made banging noises. The ceiling in room looked as if it had leaked. I generally like red roof inns but not this one

Was a little outdated, I never saw any bed bugs or any other kind of bug.

The property was in a rough area of town. Outside was dirty and run down

The room was so-so. The toilet only had 1 bolt holding the seat on. It was kind of like riding a bull. If you can hang in there for 8 seconds, you'd be a winner! The smoke detector was broken off from the wall. TV screen was badly scratched.

I as well as others waited in the lobby for at least 10 minutes before someone showed up and checked us in. The tub in the bathroom was FILTHY AS WELL AS THE TOILET!! CLEANINGS WAS HORRIBLE!! THERE WAS ROACHES AS WELL

Had a terrible terrible day hotels I had been to all day had a waiting period of three and 2:00 check out my car was towed last night I have no car right now the money I'm spending to stay in the hotel is the money to get my car out of the shop and I was really frustrated everywhere I went and wanted cash deposit when all I have is my Google pay at right now because all my debit cards were in my vehicle and they told it and my car was told tomorrow but the young lady at this understood she was very nice and they were very helpful and I'm grateful I was able to rest they also had a deposit but they were fortunate enough to allow me to pay with my card as well and not want cash like the other places I am very very grateful I had a really bad day and just the kindness they showed made a difference

Nothing didn't stay

The room was nice and we were moved to a room that smelled better, since the first one smelled like smoke. The only real negative was that we believed there was a breakfast included, but there was not. It was comfortable enough for a night and close to the freeway.

Exposed wires where smoke detector had been removed. Room smelled of smoke though was non-smoking, burn holes in bedding Took photos and returned to desk as I did not want to be charged for damages. He acted surprised but said they had no other available rooms. Morning clerk was very friendly, let me know my concerns were noted and the night clerk is part of owner’s family.

Tub was horrible and unsafe! Front desk clerk was nice and friendly. Housekeeping could not understand us . . .

I dont complain often, but this place was Nasty, I can handle a gross room as long as the bedding and linens are clean... this place? Nope.. cigarette burns in the blankets horrible stains all over the sheets, yellow pillows covered with stained pillow cases that have unknown hair stuck to them. I tried to ask for a room with clean beds and ended up getting a refund.. luckily the front desk employee was helpful in that regard.

we had to get another hotel after checking in it was disgusting and smelled I couldn’t breathe.

They take your money twice and blame it on the bank

The receptionist was very attentive with my request, she was awesome.

The tub was dirty, I tried to clean it but could not because the tub was not draining properly, and the toilet seat was very loose with black stain on it and the top of the toilet tank. There was dust on the coffee maker. The room could be nice, if attention to detail as far as cleanliness is met.

Part of a bigger trip

Overall was fine for the night. However my room’s smoke detector was missing….

Well, the ice machine was broken….not a good thing on a summer day. The mini fridge was iced over and the floor was wet from leaking. The ceiling in the bathroom was dripping water which created a slipping hazard on the tile floor. We only stayed overnight and resumed our travel. I wouldn’t have stayed there longer.

When this property is advertised, it shows that the property is on the inside and it is actually on the outside. It does not have a gym. The beds are single beds and not even queen size or full size. The beds are wrinkled the shower had dirty toothpicks in it and there is water leaking from every air conditioner onto the ground on the second floor which can cause anybody to slip and fall. It was not very clean at all. It was the bare minimum.

I actually thought the place wasn’t bad. It needs some painting outside especially the doors but the bed was comfortable, shower head was very strong and I liked the wood floors as opposed to carpet. Overall it wasn’t bad for the price and no pet deposit. Michelle at the front desk and her male companion were extremely friendly and accommodating, I’d stay there again, it was good for a restful nights sleep while traveling

Front desk agent was excellent. Room was clean and a quiet location.

Choose someplace else! I picked this place for convenience and price as we were only catching a nap before our long trip back home. Next time I’d rather be inconvenienced and spend 500$ before I’d ever stay in this nasty place.

Our rooms were given away and we had to find lodging elsewhere.

I just like how they are good with taking payment at hotel instead of charging you right away. Also they allow you to check in at anytime

The property is in disrepair. We requested a room that was smoke-free and it was permeated with the smell of cigarettes. The pillows were old and all completely different sizes. A King pillow an old flat pillow, one felt like it was falling apart inside. The TV didn't work. There was mop dirt 6” up the bathroom door that happened to be peeling apart.
