Arrived late, after a full day of travelling, very tired and hoping to squeeze in a few hours of good sleep, arrived at the front desk and was greeted by a homeless lady and her dog camped immediately next to the main doors.
Once in my room and in bed it became very apparent that the room was facing the skyrail and for the next two hours thats all i could hear, needless to say i wasnt able to fall asleep and instead got up, showered and went to the airport where inwas able to get a better sleep than in my room.
When i told the front desk of my issues, they just shrugged and said thats the situation, nothing we can do. Pretty poor reaponse.

Room excellent and clean I will recommend this place to anyone and if I happen to come back to Vancouver I will stay here again the price was right and the train is right there a 10 minutes walk

Can only access heading north on King George Hwy. Handy to Skytrain.

The hallways smelled a bit musty, but I didn't notice any major dirtiness that other reviewers talked about. We had pretty comfortable sleep in the beds and the free breakfast exceeded our expectations. It was tough with the weather at the time to figure out whether to get rid of the humidity in the room with heating or A/C. But such is what you get for a Days Inn-level hotel. I would stay there again.

Mgr gave us nice, clean& Quiet rm. Brkfst avg, cereal coffe tea fruit hd boiled eggs. Biggest concern was sketchy neighborhood and location far from quality restaurants. Had no problems, just concerns. Rm was clean, have elevator & free parking.

Was having a wedding on property and had to get property by a dirt road and long walk to check in Wasn’t notified of this when making reservation clerk wa not sympathetic to my complaint about not letting us know ahead of booking what was going on. Just said you don’t have to stay
Other than that the place was a good place to stay

The hotel is walking distance from the train. Good for overnight stay. The front desk guy is so nice to let us checked in few minutes early. The breakfast is good enough to start the morning!

It’s expensive $300 and it’s right next to a Sky Train track. Every 5 minutes a train goes by…all night long. The carpets have stains. Wear and tear on the entire interior. The breakfast was at bare minimum standard to be called breakfast. Staff does nothing to help. Not a pleasant stay at all

Somehow smelling someone's cooking in my room. Not sure from guests' room or from the hotel's kitchen.

It was good to stay comfortable with my family. Staffs were very helpful to figure some problems out when we needed.

Stayed for 5 nights and so far our experience is great. Overall cleanliness is great also. The only comment I can make is the breakfast thought it’s good but everyday sausage. You should make other options like bacon fried eggs omelette or something. Otherwise everything is okay. Only the breakfast. Thank you.

The bathroom was small and cramped.
The pillows on the bed may as well been the spare tires off the car. The were large hard balls of rubber, and were totally uncomfortable and usable resulting in a bad nights sleep. The breakfast was very disappointing and substandard. We will certainly not return to this hotel.

Over to Vancouver for a trip from the island. Great location for taking the skytrain all over the lower mainland. The staff was great and friendly, and the room was very comfy. Will plan to use this location again.
