Good service, clean. Breakfast above average

There is no way to call the front desk! The phones in the rooms don’t work and there is no way to communicate with anyone at the hotel unless you walk to the front desk. The staff that is there is great! But you have to go find them. The pool is small, but otherwise this is a sufficient property if you’re in town for a weekend soccer tournament. It’s fairly clean.

A horrible customer service experience. I made a reservation through Hotels.com. The reservation was prepaid, and I checked in electronically because I was a Hilton Honors member (had been Platinum for nearly 25 years), My flight was cancelled, and I contacted Hotels.com to let them know. I fully expected to lose the prepaid room charge. The next morning, I discovered that the Hotel had billed my credit card submitted for incidentals for ANOTHER additional night! When I contacted the hotel, they had no explanation for how this happened (they told me it was a ‘system error’) As of the writing of this review, I have received no electronic receipt that the improper charge on my card had been refunded, and have not been contacted by anyone at the hotel despite several attempts to resolve the issue. The hotel personnel were rude and dismissive, and offered no information as to why my card was billed again for a room that I had already been charged for. Beware!

Room was to cold and does not let you change the temperature. Breakfast was great. Couch had stuffing coming out. Restaurant needs a beer variety of food.

LOVE STAYING AT THIS PLACE

The only thing wrong was the room was warm. We were unable to adjust the thermostat. Everyone else was great!

The staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Last week checking in was not the best. They didn’t have a room for us and was transferred to next door Home2 Suites for the first night. But once we were accommodated the following day, everything went well. The breakfast is always the best. This week check in was smooth. They have a room for us. Hoping next check in at West Palm would run smooth as well.

The Hilton app didn't allow me to check in online so I had to leave the theme park around 4pm to check at the front desk. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great.

Rooms were good, breakfast was nok. Had to wait for more than 30minutes for an Omelett, then they closed exactly at 10a.m. so that you could not get anything else.

Breakfast and happy hour offers are great. My only suggestion would to have firmer beds. Otherwise I’m happy with my stay

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was big clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay at Embassy Suites again.

The lobby area and the dining area are nice and clean. The staff is great! I guess the hotel still exists thanks to the personnel- they are professionals,absolutely skilled and polite. The atmosphere is great thanks to them. However, the rooms are old and need some serious maintenance and improvements( but clean 👌). And there’re issues with the hot water in the shower, actually there was no hot water,just a slightly warm. So,I wouldn’t stay there again.

We didn't get room service one day. I requested a 5:00 am wake up call, which we didn't get either.

Overall was a good value. Close to the main highways and interstate. Many restaurants close by. Would recommend

Very oudated property. Old and unkept flooring, painting, bathroom, doors, bedding, furniture, etc. Not the condition of other Embassy Suites I've stayed.

Good Embassy Hotel, we would come back. Rooms are a bit outdated but ok. Breakfast and complementary evening reception was great.
