Overall staff was good. However, we were not satisfied with the housekeeping staff that was cleaning our area of rooms. We did not get their name, but (she) appeared female, perhaps African American, average height. We did not request turn down service the entire time, all we requested was additional towels and a couple other items. When approached, the staff member appeared annoyed and appeared to roll their eyes. Another day the same thing happened, and when asked if it was an inconvenience for them, they said they were “short on towels.” We have never had an issue requesting additional towels and actually thought it was easier than them having to turn down the whole room. Additionally, the room was not as clean initially as we would have expected. We love staying at this establishment, and have stayed many times before, and it should be noted, this experience was out of the ordinary.

When we went to check in at 4:00 our room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait an additional half hour to be able to check in. The room was nice and clean. The facilities were nice. For a stay of over $200 a night, the breakfast buffet should have been included.

I only stayed overnight at the hotel did not really notice the area around me too much. It was great that there was a restaurant in the hotel and I did not have to travel anywhere after driving all day.

The front desk staff was very helpful and the hotel is located within walking distance of restaurants. The room was clean, but some of the furniture was nicked and chipped. The bathroom also had a chipped tub, hair on the floor, and a toilet that was not perfectly clean.

Convenient, clean, nice place

It was comfortable and close to everything.

The staff was friendly at checkin and checkout. My husband and I, along with our adult daughter stayed in our room. Wecwere in town visiting family. Thecroom smelled fresh.There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, tub was stained and could use some new caulking. Our refrigerator did not work well and smelled absolutely terrible. We booked through Hotels.com and were told we would have had a lower rate by booking directly. Overall, it was a good stay.

I stayed here for only 1 night. It is a very clean hotel all the way around. My room was very nice but I think I could hear the A/C units on the roof below kicking on and off. It was a bit annoying and I had to wear earplugs to sleep. I purchased breakfast for $8 when I booked and it seemed like a deal since it was listed as $16 when I was actually there eating. There were several restaurants right next door in a shopping center which was convenient.

Wonderful food

Great hotel and staff. However the bathroom fan didnt work and the tub didnt have an anti slip mat. I found this out the hard way. Especially an issue as it was a hanicap room.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and loved the snack options for purchase at the front desk.

Hotel and staff were great. Great walking area for the dog. The only drawback was that the shower turned cool, after only a few minutes, both mornings of my stay.

No hot water

The staff was helpful and friendly as ever! The facility was very clean. My only concern is the pillows were are very flat and no difference in firmness. I should have brought my own. Other than that, wonderful!
