The accommodations was excellent as well as the breakfast. The facilities were really good . The location of the hotel was good . I like the fact you use a code for the main entrance and for your room and don't have to worry about have the key or card

Me and my friend loved our stay at Braavo Hotel. We have nothing negative to say.

Spa was great! All sorts of saunas and pools. Free for hotel guests only 8-10 in the morning, but outside those times only 4€ for 2 hours so very cheap. Room was nice as well.

If you are searching for a quiet room and a place to relax. Unfortunately this is not a hotel for you. Rooms are noisy and sound isolation is kind of non existent. Also there's a loud music coming from the nearby gym from early morning to the late evening. Staff is friendly and helpful and are happy to assist you.

We think that the breakfast buffet was very inadequate. Not much to choose from and a very poor selection of more or less everything. The family room was very spacious and nice.

We stayed in a family room for 2 nights with a group of friends. The room is pretty basic and in good shape, but the main entrance door is drafty and therefore it can get quite cold during the night downstairs. Moreover, cigarette smoke travels from the outside because of the draftiness, which is displeasing. The spa has also seen its best years, but the saunas and the pools are very nice, clean, and relaxing nevertheless. The breakfast was mostly disappointing, but the oat meal was amazing! It's definitely worth a try.

The hotel, in general, is not bad. Our room was clean and comfortable enough. The bathroom, however, was the worst ever: - only one small shelve for cosmetics - no place to put your clothes or hang towels - shower tap had a spout like for a bath and water was running on feet at first - there was no curtain, only a small glass wall on the opposite side of the tap - as a result, water was on the whole floor Furthermore, it was very hot in the room (no AC), despite 22 oC outside.

Check in staff efficient and friendly enough. Room spacious (family room), but building needs some remodeling. Our bathroom was large, but had a horrible smell. Carpets are really gross in hallway. Overall, fine for a night or two, but could be a great property with some investment. Convenient location for Old Town and a supermarket down the street. Spa is nice option and bumps the rating!

The room was extremely hot, noisy and bright (a huge window in the ceiling above the bed with no possibilities to cover it!). We had a very bad night. The breakfast was ok. The hotel was clean and had a very good location but I would not recommend this hotel and I’m definitely not going back.

Lovely hotel, excellent location right in the centre of town. Spa access was any time and spa was brilliant! Had to walk across car park to get it to it though (didn't put us off going every day!). Room warm, clean and good facilities. Would stay here again.

Also as it is a health and fitness centre as well as a hotel the queues can be long and you have to contend with people coming and going in the reception when trying to check in etc.Rooms are a bit randomly located, the check in is at the far end of the courtyard, then we had to traipse all the way back across the car park to get into the building our room was in, and then to the end of the corridor.That aside, hotel is in a fantastic location, rooms are modern and comfortable enough, breakfast was good, and having use of the spa facilities is great (although no English signage to direct you into the changing rooms, out to the other side etc and the staff offered no assistance to navigate this rabbit warren!).

I stayed in Room 309, photo 41, and it didnt look like this. More like staff accommodation for the gym below. I booked as it was described as a spa hotel, expecting tranquillity. The techno weight lifting in the training room below my room soon dispelled that. The corridor to rooms shown has seen better days. Breakfast was standard Scandinavian style and very tasty. I slept well on the basic bed, minus headboards, if you want basic accom with access to the gym/sauna/spa then this is the hotel for you. Also the location is great for old town Tallinn.

旧市街にあるスパ(室内プール､ジャグジー)を使いたい人向けの宿泊施設(ホテルと思わなければ良いのだろうが)で､ホテル機能は低い。 1. 宿泊したのが2階(214号室)だったが、エレベーターが無いので、文句を言ったら、女性の宿泊対応 Receptionがスーツケースを2階の部屋迄運んでくれた。ここは荷物等を持って階段を軽々と運ぶ人しか泊まらない様です。 2. 洗面所の電気が点かなくなった。 Reception担当者が来てブレーカーの赤いテストボタンを押して復旧させた(やけに簡単に操作した所を見ると、時々起こっている事象では無いか？) 3. 交換した部屋ようタオルが置いて無かった事があった。連絡したらReception担当者が持ってきてくれた。

Great location at the edge of the old city. The rooms are a bit smaller than the photos would indicate, but were in good condition and very clean.

It didnt work very well with splitting the reception with the swim. It gave waiting time, and less focus on us as guests.The room was smelling a lot of chlor (guess from the swim).

It was so good, but there was no laundry/laundry service.I had to go cleaning service to wash my clothes, walking more than 20min from the hotel.

Best things first: The rooms were clean and the location is ideal - both the city centre and the main station for the sightseeing buses are within walking distance. The hotel itself is ok on the whole but not really recommendable: Our room was dark and very small, breakfast was ok (nothing special), but again the small area creates kind of a claustrophobic atmosphere. The staff was neither very friendly nor very helpful. You get the impression of being in a spa and fitness centre and the hotel is just a side aspect - and so are the guests. I'm sure there are many other hotels in that price category, where staff is friendlier and a lot more helpful.

First night - lots of steps and no WiFi. Moved for next 2 nights. Lovely bright room with good amenities. The downside is steps. If you have difficulty with steps avoid this hotel. Breakfast not the best I have had but adequate. It is very close to everything do that is a bonus.

Extremely unfriendly staff. Not family friendly. Long line at reception and locals push ahead. Staff very happy to deal with locals, but not friendly with us at all. In fact, one of the rudest hotels weve ever stayed at. The actual room was great, though very overpriced. The pool is also very basic, not exactly the waterpark described. Not children friendly. In fact, other pool users frowned at the appearance of a child, even a well behaved child. Good location from ferries and to the Old City, but for the money I would choose somewhere else.

The hotel is part of a complex with a gym and spa attached (which is free for guests to use), and a shared reception which is slow and busy with gym as well as hotel customers. The rooms are arranged around a central courtyard, which is used as a carpark. The hotel is unimpressive from the outside and doesn't have much character, but don't let that put you off. I stayed in a twin room which was a good size (plenty of room), nice and colourfully decorated, with decent furniture. The compact bathroom had a nice shower and everything was clean. The electic heater worked, which was useful in the evenings. The TV was small, but sufficient, with a few channels in English. I had one window which looked onto another part of the building and a skylight, so no nice view from the room. Also, no balcony or outside space. But overall it was a good-sized room and I could spread out enough. Free wifi is available, but not a very good connection. I had less problems connecting from outside the hotel as most of Tallinn has free wifi. Breakfast is very basic, with a limited choice. Great location just outside the city walls. And free use of the gym and spa, although I saw the facilities which looks good, I didn't use them so can't comment.
