Small Washroom with bad shower

The place was dirty and noisy. There was mold in the bathroom. While we were dining in the room, we saw a centipede crawling thought the room.

Close to airport. Dirty and busy area, hotel was comfortable and decent for our purposes

Overall the hotel met or exceeded our expectations. No problems with transfers to and from the Airport. Friendly attentive staff made our short layover stay stress free.

I booked a Deluxe Double room but the room assigned was quite small which made it difficult to move around. The other major problem is the area has poor mobile network connectivity. The wifi provided by the hotel also has a weak signal which does not make it ideal to stay at this hotel.

I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable with a spacious, well-appointed room and modern bathroom. A pleasant dining room and very tasty food. The staff was very helpful, and the proximity to the airport with a driver available made the transfer there and back very easy. I would stay again.

It was unfortunate that the AC was not working and as usual the WiFi was poor.
We were given a voucher for two free breakfasts because of these faults.

When first checked in, they gave us a room without window. However, after we asked they gave a room with window. Breakfast was very good. Shower wasn’t convenient.

The hotel is much better than many others in Mahipalpur. The room was clean and quiet and the staff were helpful and polite. My single complaint is that soon after checking in, someone called the room and offered a full body massage to my father - there seemed to be other services implied in this offer. This is not appropriate but honestly I'd rather deal with that than the filth of some other Mahipalpur locations.

This was the worst experience a guest could ever have at a hotel. Rooms were in a poor condition and the staff was rude and unhelpful!
The staff on duty on the night of 12/3/2023, repeatedly called the room and harassed us. This is not the type of experience you expect at a premium hotel. Highly NOT recommended.

The waitress and server was very pleased and nice. The room was comfortable except was very noisy most of my nights and in the day. Couldn’t sleep. It could have been because. Checking in there was some problems as well and was not happy about that…

They were blaming expedia and i tried to contact expedia but no help either he wanted to charge me another $100.00 because expedia didnt sent the confirmation code to them we were hungry and had to wait 45 mins plus.
So sad that in this age they r so behind

Room was clean air-conditioned ,surrounding were very dirty and noisy and the main issue was they couldnt find my bookings they were blaming Expedia didnt sent the information.
I am booked in on 8th oct but theycant see the booking can pl Expedia send our bookings information.

Engages in fraud billing by adding service charge which is not approved by the government of India. I plan to report this to Delhi's Tourism Department as well

Very dirty. Open construction and in the ghetto. I didn’t feel safe and left for another hotel. The rooms and hotel pics are false. Beware.
