Room was filthy. Blood on walls, floors filthy, not swept or mopped. Furniture was broken. Had hair between sheets. Smelled terrible. Curtains only hanging on by 4 curtian clips. Did nothing to block light. Wished id taken photos to warn others.

Showed up and was told there was no reservation for me and everything was booked. Contacted hotels.com and they verified with hotel that the manager canceled my reservation without reason. I believe this is shady business and should be removed from hotels.com services!

At check in they told me it would be a $50 incidental fee witch is normal except they told me it had to be cash. After a little fustration i gave them cash for the incidental fee since i already booked the room for 2 nights and waant refundable, I then ask for a receipt for the cash deposit and they wouldnt give me one and asured me as long as there wasnt any problems i would get it back when i checked out that all i had to do was come to the front desk and they would go look at the room and if everthing was fine i would get my money back. Apom checking out at 530 am i had to call and wake up the manager to go check my room and to give me my cash deposit back.

There was a big bug on the floor like a water bug the towels were dingy and needed to be replaced none of them were white the floor was filthy the room looked nothing like the pictures a bed can use more then two pillows for comfort and the bedding was horrible no one wants to lay under hard blankets

The place was a little run-down in some areas but for the price, it's decent. The gentleman at check-in was VERY polite, and the room, bathroom, and bed were clean.

Pictures were so nice, only to get here and have mold in the room, the night stands both broken, also found a blunt next to the night lamp. If you ever stay here bring your own towels! Very much disappointed

It’s was roaches in the room & I didn’t stay I only stayed in the room 5 secs then went to front desk and asked for a refund they said no. I just left and got a room down the highway. They got free money

It's a Studio 6, so there are no frills. But it was very clean, and comfortable. Would stay here again on business trip

Carpets in hallways stained all over, flooring in room had large gaps in it. Bed was comfortable, water was hot, room seemed clean. Worth the cheap price

Room was in poor condition. But it’s $52.00 a night and you get what you pay for. Door threshold was un attached. I brought it up to their attention and nothing was done in the almost two weeks I was there. Bathroom wall trim was falling off next to the floor and had a constant moldy smell.

The hotel was convenient for visiting family. Room was very comfortable, and the “Futon-style” bed was absolutely the “Best Hotel Bed Ever”!!!!! As a handicapped person, I need to be able to sit comfortably on a bed when getting dressed. For this, the bed surface can’t be more than 22” high! The bed was exactly the right height!!!!

Roaches alive and all over the room floors and the walls. I complained and the front desk clerk came into my room with bug spray and a maid with him swept the roaches. I asked to be moved to another room and he declined. I packed up and paid for another room elsewhere.

On arrival there was a big pile of trash next to the side door that leads to the rooms. I had booked this room in advance so check in would go smooth, but when I arrived room was not ready. After staying two weeks my reservation had came to an end, so I attempted to pay for one more night and there internet was not working. Had to pay in cash only, will not be staying in this place again. But in a good note staff did do a good job.

The first hotel to have lovely air conditioning. The big trash can was a plus. My only downer was the shower curtain would constantly stick to you and flap like it was In the wind

I was disappointed that the television and room phone did not work. And when I tried to call on my cell phone to the front desk it couldn't get a signal. This was probably the second worst motel 6 I've stayed in.

The staff were wonderful. The property was very nice and wasclean. Our first room the TV wasnt working so they gave us another room, no problem We did notice the ac in the 1st room seemed weak but the 2nd room was not cold either

It was very noisy as the entire floor acted as if it was a dorm. People slamming doors all night long when they shut them at all. Very uncomfortable going to and from the room.

There is no one at the front desk so we had to wait until someone finally showed up once I got checked in I went to the room that he assigned me and it looked like either or someone was currently still staying in that room or that room was just never cleaned as the bed was unmade and there was food and drinks on the tables. I did go back and request another room which I got it was just inconvenient and also unsafe as we don’t know who could’ve been in there and also they didn’t know who I was if someone was in that room

The front desk was very nice and tried to accommodate me and my grandma to the best of their ability. The rooms were not very pleasant. I could tell the sheets had been slept on because there was hair everywhere. The room heater didn’t work, but I called front desk and the guy got us a space heater and I was very appreciative about that. The room’s cleanliness was just not the best. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Hardly any of the washers and dryers worked and then the owner tried charging me $100 because there was a stain on the towel from me trying to plug the tub so the water wouldn't drain and the owner was extremely rude and unsympathetic to us being robbed and not being able to pay for anymore nights after they charged me $600 for a week.
