Fire alarm went off in middle of night (2:30AM) & no one contacted us as to why or when it was safe after episode was over. For that reason & others (cleanliness, worn & stained carpeting, etc) we would not stay there again.

Convenient location to Cajundome.
Spacious room. Stayed in 2 bedrooms with kitchen and living area on 2nd floor. Perfect for families.

Their airport shuttle stops running at 5:00 PM. Sort of silly for an airport hotel. No recognition of my Marriott status and no complimentary water. I will not re-visit this property.

Hotel was out of the way from the traffic. Safe, comfortable and located around convenient stores. Would stay there again if I ever have to go in that direction again.

From check in to check out, everything was great. The property is easy to find, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the front desk crew was amazing. thank you!

Dirty, spots on furniture and floor. Fireplace and T-stat did not work, some type of entry in closet that did not close properly, one night table, light did not work on left side of bed, cable box was not mounted behind TV (just hung there belong it), couch cushions did not fit properly on couch, desk clerk was unconcerned about our complaints, breakfast was a croissant in a bag, original coffee was empty (both containers).

Great breakfast and coffee, customer service excellent, hotel is dated and needs upgrades and a deep carpet clean. Overall fine for a stay but definitely needs to be updated.

This is my family & I go to hotel when we’re in town! We Love this hotel! The one thing that wasn’t pleasant to us this stay was the bed linen was real dingy, I think at some point these type of things should be REPLACED!

The staff at this hotel goes beyond the wonderful. From the young lady who checked us in to the maintenance staff
to the people who checked on us every day WELL DONE !!!

We were there for a baseball tournament. Hotel itself was ok- older and bathroom had mildew on the shower head, but it was otherwise ok. We were there 3 nights and after the first night, housekeeping knocked on the door requesting our towels to be washed- but couldn’t give us any to replace. We never were able to get any! We used hand towels the rest of the trip to dry off. I get their hotel was booked, but they should have been better prepared! I shouldn’t have to run off with a hand towel… or wash our own towels in the laundry like some people did!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overnight there was a tremendous amount of noise inside (above and on our floor). There was also a good bit of exterior noise and the room was fairly hot. A/C seemed to be running, but was not cooling the room off.

This property was a great find for a great price!! Nice clean rooms with lots of space! And a kitchenette, with dishes, cooking utensils, and cookware! Along with a stove, microwave and full size refrigerator and freezer. The breakfast provided each morning had lots of hot and cold options. Definitely recommend 👌

Very nice 2 bedroom suite and friendly staff. Area around it is ok but not great. Very convenient to Lafayette airport. Overall very good. Would stay here again.

The lady that helped us check in was nice. The pull out sofa bed was marginally acceptable. It took 2 adults to force it open due to part of the mechanism being jammed. Both beds need new mattresses and pillows. The bathroom floor had several long hairs.
We arrived after dark. The parking lot was well lit.

I WAS able to switch rooms (thanks to the SUPER NICE front desk agent!) but the room was not very clean. It smelled FRESH like peppermint; that was GREAT unfortunately the terribly stained wall, the bug in the bed, the water standing in the dishwasher, the coffee pot that was so rusty & old after running straight water thru it 4 times STILL couldn’t get it clear….alone these things are not a big deal. When you are traveling with small children it’s a big deal. The breakfast is eggs, toast, cereal, oatmeal bar. If you don’t see any yogurt or fresh fruit, muffins ask the REALLY friendly, nice attendant & she is happy to refill or help
You. Don’t look for breakfast meats or waffle/pancakes those are not offered. It is a small area, but we luckily stayed on the first floor so we didn’t have a long walk.

Book the room for over here and sat on the phone for over an hour at least trying to get the dates changed For them to just go back-and-forth one minute they would do it in the next minute they wouldn’t until finally I just gave up.

The first room I was given had a filthy toilet. There was a yellow grime on the side with multiple small hair stuck to it. The woman that came to look at it, didn’t say anything and at first acted like she didn’t see it, she was looking at the bathtub instead. I pointed it out and she said nothing,

Typical Residence Inn. New and fairly spacious but not as spacious as older Residence Inns.

Overall this is a nice hotel. Although the property is a little dated, I would recommend especially if you are traveling with your family.
