It was a nice hotel except for one thing: the bathroom door was next to the bed so whenever anyone went in or out of the bathroom, the bathroom lights would light up the room. The plus was that we had a nice little kitchenette with a full size fridge and freezer.

The hotel is very nice. The entry and breakfast area are awesome. However, the room itself was a little tight. The tv was on a low dresser and hard to watch in bed putting a strain on your neck. Overall. it was nice for a night.

The stay was good, but the breakfast wasn’t good at all. We stayed there again because of the facility and the quality of the breakfast. This time is was not up to par. Probably won’t stay there again.

Mold/mildew around the sink drain. Was told to get hot water, must leave it running for 10 mins. Safety pin open on the carpet in the hallway. Room is small.

The room was great and clean the only complaint is that the bathroom is not well lit. You can’t see yourself well in the mirror. For the price paid I would want more lighting.

Overall not bad however multiple opportunities for improvement. The elevator was quite slow. Outside fountain area very pretty however hard to enjoy with leaf blower noise. Out front they were pressure washing or something which attracted the cicadas. The side entrance door first level by 103 was open the entire time during my stayby about an inch (rug keeping door from closing) obviously no security checks completed. Breakfast was lackluster and ac unit in room was stuck on…. Which made it very chilly in room. Disappointing for a Marriott chain

We have stayed here 4 times in the last few years. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is typical “free” breakfast. Scrambled eggs microwaved from a carton and “Canadian bacon” which I’ve never seen in my 60 years of eating bacon in Canada.
Unfortunately, the only yoghurt available is fat free, which I don’t like.
I like the biscuits and gravy as a nice alternative.
Overall, it’s adequate for an evening stopover when traveling. It’s 5 minutes from the City Cafe diner, which is definitely worth stopping at. A huge menu with massive servings and a cake menu that has at least 25 choices.

This was our 4th stay at this hotel and overall it meets our needs for a stopover night enroute to/from Florida. In general, it’s good value and although it’s getting a little worn, the room was clean.
The cleanliness of the hallway carpets and elevator floor looked liked they haven’t been cleaned in ages though.

First of all, when I got there no one was at the desk. I waited and waited. I called out hello to no avail.I had to call on my phone and the gentleman that was supposed to be working woke up in the breakfast area and came over to help me. Then I walked up to my room to very dirty floors that were in a bad need of sweeping. My room and the shower had a big yellow spot where you would stand! The tv stand had spots where drinks were sat down and not cleaned. At breakfast the hostess was very unfriendly and unhelpful. The tables and chairs were filthy. Then I checked out and the desk clerk was rude too. Breaks my heart. My family used to go this location years ago and it was great. Time has not been kind here.

We travel frequently to and from our winter home and our summer home so we see a lot of different hotel rooms. I’d say this hotel was nice, clean and friendly and helpful staff but the one downfall were the pillows. We had a room with two queen beds and a total of 8 pillows, which was nice but…. The pillows were so firm I barely slept all night. They were so thick and hard my neck still hurts from trying to sleep on them. They’d be fine for people who like an extra firm pillow but it wasn’t good for me. I’d stay again but remember to bring my own pillow in.

It’s a beautiful new building.

Lavonnya at the front desk was pleasant and extremely helpful. After checking in. We went up to the room and it was not clean. It had one bed stripped but not made, and there was a water glass left out. After explaining this to Lavonnya, she jumped into action getting another room for us, and was apologetic for the mix up. Her professionalism and genuine concern was a delight. We will keep this location in mind for future travels because of Lavonnya.

I liked that the a/c worked well and it was quiet. I did not like that the bathroom was not very clean, the soap dishes were full of slimy water build up and there was NO water pressure, water from sink tasted disgusting . Trash cans dis not have bags in them. For the proce per night, at $250, i would think this hotel would step up a notch. I usually l9ve Fairfield but this 1, i will not stay here again
