I chose this hotel due to its beautiful beach, but I was really disappointed with the service quality. The most of the staff work long hours and the food was absolutely terrible for the price. They use the worst quality ingredients which is not acceptable for the price they charge. Also, they only gave 1 key for even big families, so you have to constantly plan for going to your room with the rest of your group. Lastly, you can only get fresh pool towels in a 2 hour time frame per day, if you miss that, you simply have to use your old dirty towel.

Food was very good. The beach was great too. Overall was satisfied with my stay

I never will back there. though this hotel is in a good location and big area, but staff are terrible and not friendly (even in some case they were rude). I have many problem to communication with them even reception was not able to speak English. there were no entertaining programs. All restaurant where closed. Finally, I wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bad internet reception, staff not being service minded, no gym? A 5 star hotel with no gym? Too many kids. Should be clear that it's a family hotel

IT was very DIRTY. The cleaners were TERRIBLE. She forgot schampo 4 Times a week. She took our dirty towels and put them like new ones. KATASTROF. Beds dirty. A perfekt service in the resturang all inklusive.

We were impressed with this hotel. Rooms are spacious and well equipped as per website. Meals are buffet style and there is wide choice in the all inclusive package. The staff were all very helpful and the waiters in particular were friendly and offered every assistance. The location is attractive being on one end of a long sandy beach. Views stretch out over the attractive bay over the Aegean to Samos. And, with a dolmus stop right outside, so getting to nearby towns was cheap. Beach is narrow but the sea is very clean and clear. The beach shelves gradually so it is super for swimming, even for small children. Minor gripe for us would be the fact that smoking is allowed in open air restaurants - not inside. That is a british thing though. Many guests were Turkish or east europeans who smoke.

Tusan is a beautiful hotel with a great location. The front desk managers are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hotel was completely full and a little hectic when we were there but thats something out of the hotels control, and they were managing everything nicely. Overall, great facilities with fantastic entertainment, we recommend 100%!

We were really pleased with this hotel. It has a resort feel, away from the main town, is all-inclusive and has several wonderful swimming pools. The service was very good, more than we expected, good entertainment in the evening and lots to do for children with their own adventure water play area set separately away from the main pools. It is a large hotel, but never felt overcrowded, even though we went high season. Beautiful massive covered veranda overlooking the sea, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. The rooms are modern and comfortable, flat screen tv, zircon and shower room, and all rooms seem to have sea views. The staff were all really helpful. There are a number of shops on site, and a hairdresser. The communal areas are large and modern, and it takes a few days to discover all the areas of the hotel, so there is a lot to offer. We were glad to note the many different nationalities holidaying at the hotel. There is a marvellous hammam/spa on site. Overall, a lovely hotel with a real resort feel, and plenty of variety for all tastes.

I have never rated a hotel but this hotel was so bad I don't want others to have the same experience. unless they offer the stay for the price you can't say no to don't book the hotel. such a beautiful location and hotel but customer service at every level I interacted was bad and rude in most cases.

It was nice relax times

There were a couple of things I was not satisfied with. First, I was very disappointed with the pool hours. 8pm closing time is too early for people there on vacation and the beach was also closed. The shower in our room was cover with half glass shield and allowed water to spill excessively on the bathroom floor. The floor towel was soaked immediately when the shower was turned on. Hotel staff does not provide any transportation information regarding shuttles, buses or any other type. Yes, taxis were available but there should have offered other alternatives.

The staff is not very respectful. The food quality is not very good (this is an all-inclusive resort). It is hard to get good quality drinks because everyone rushes to the bar about the same time for the free drinks. That said it seemed like all the middle class families from around the world (mostly Western Europe) seemed very content just with the beautiful beach, swimming pool, and the scenery.. I am not in the same demographics with those other guests and regretted staying here.
