This hotel was over all really wonderful! The only two complaints I have are…
1. The breakfast didn’t have much. Stuck with the waffles. Coffee was good!
2. In our hotel room there was a huge boogie stuck on the shower wall, and the jets were gross. They had the reddish residue on them from not being cleaned properly.
Other than that the beds were comfortable and clean! Staff was friendly !

We appreciated the ability to start our check-in online before arrival. We were exhausted by the time we got to the hotel, and being able to get most of the check-in paperwork out of the way beforehand meant we were able to get to bed sooner! The mattress was very comfortable, and the blackout shades worked perfectly. My only complaints are that the towels were surprisingly scratchy, and as we were making sure we hadn’t misplaced any socks before checking out, we discovered some of the previous occupant’s toenail clippings that had been missed by cleaning staff.

Facility is starting to age. So is the furniture. Bed was quite soft but managed to get through the night.

Hotel was very nice, though under renovation. Parking was somewhat secure, though we noticed several individuals prowling around our vehicle and felt the need to call the police twice during the night.

All area were great except the king size bead in 203. The bed was sagging and lumpy. Mattress was not bad. We have stayed in many La Quinta Inns before and never experienced this before.

Slept well. Looks like it needs a remodel but everything was fine and clean. The carpet in our room was stretched out from time and wear. It was spotted and lumpy frayed at edges. Cheap and clean otherwise. Would be nice if there was a gluten free bread option at free breakfast.

Everything about our stay was great with one exception, the toilet paper was so far from the toilet that I almost had to get up to grab it, and I'm not short at 5'6! Not sure who thought that was a good idea.

The room smelled horrible. We had to keep the window open the whole time we stayed to help with the smell and there was no screen on the window so we were forced to deal with flies and bugs.
Room service was a joke. I think they emptied the trash and that was it. They did not make the beds or clean the place up etc.
Finally, the hot tub/pool was closed. They did not mention this when booking. When we asked about it they stated it would only be closed for a day, but it was closed for our entire stay.
Never again LaQuinta.

First night on a long road trip to the mid-west.

The person who check us in was very pleasant, her counterpart was not. There was not fresh coffee made, when asked we were told we have a coffee maker in our room. The room smelled like dog pee. The pool was closed-that was inconvenient. For a dog friendly place, there was no area for people with dogs to enjoy breakfast, but you can’t leave your dog alone in the room, not too dog friendly!!!!!!!! This property was lacking in some areas!!!!!
