Ok so this the second time we have stayed, great location for either new or old town, very clean hotel, great breakfast options. Negative is not be able to control the air conditioning, the fridge not cooling the drinks then being told by reception that it’s not actually a fridge, don’t see the point?

Dont let my review put you of as the hotel is nice & staff are supper freindly to... but do read all of my review if you get a see view room be prepared for traffic noise and dogs barking from the play area opposite also if you get one of those rooms on the 16floor (sunset room) (ph) you will get noise from the bar above (music) till 1130/ 12am ish. i had2 move from the sunset room as couldn't sit on balcony due to the above noise. the cheeper standard rooms at the back are much better than the the sunset rooms as there much more contempery &quieter. Breakfast is very good BUT lunch & dinner is borderline ok and basic the hotel i suppose has to cut cost some were. i would stay there again but on a b/b basis and at the back of the hotel only because i like a bit of peace to sleep. last thing dont fly with BA out of Gatwick if that an option as its Terrible always delayed out&back constantly use ryan air or easy jet def not BA.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. With friendly and helpfull staff. Just in the centrum in a more quiet area. Very good breakfast.

Hotel is fantastic, huge room, great amenities. Breakfast was amazing. Bed firm but comfortable. Close walk to shops, beach and restaurants. Small thing to pick on but paper cups in rooms.

Absolutely lovely hotel, great location and excellent views from our room on 9th Floor. We opted for the half board option, breakfasts where brilliant (great food choice and omelettes cooked to order), the evening meal was ok, we found some the so called hot food, cold and we struggled to eat it. Another slight gripe was the on site parking, we knew we had to pay but the €15 per day charge was a bit on the steep side, would have been better if it was inline with other hotels we stay in Benidorm at €10 per day.

Very basic room. Housekeeping was not great. Stayed 3 nights. The room was not clean when we returned one evening.

Very nice hotel located in the center of Benidorm. The rooftop bar/ pool area is amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Spotless hotel, food was excellent, great bar facilities and close to the beach.

The room was basic but nice and the rooftop area was outstanding. However, I couldn't get beyond the lack of services for a 4.5 star hotel at this price level. The small touches were missing. The mini bar only had 2 tiny bottles of water, room service was not available after 11, the main bar closed 30 minutes before the scheduled time, the DJ and saxaphonist were nowhere to be seen, the checkin took a long time and then the final insult was being charged 20 Euro for 1 night in the car park. There are much better 4* hotels in the area.

Good stay,modern clean hotel, food at breakfast decent enough although cook has to be asked to cook any English bacon , housekeeping could be better I’m sure the floor wasn’t swept at all some days and every corner had bits ignored. Also a little disappointing that large groups seem to allowed and stood shouting and swearing in reception while the staff ignored it

We were here 6nights and loved it, so central for old town and also the new town, breakfast was lovely something for everyone, the rooftop bar has amsing views and lovely for a quiet drinks, I would highly recommend and would defo stay again, we hired a car and there was paid parking in the hotel which was fine as we knew this before hiring the car.

First impressions of the hotel when arriving were excellent. Great quiet location a short walk away from everything. Check in was great with really informative and helpful staff. For most of our stay the hotel was not very busy apart from the last few days. The cleanliness was second to none with all areas of the hotel being regularly cleaned. Our room was exactly as described and fantastic. We found breakfast to be very good with a great selection of fresh fruits, cold meats and a hot food. It would have been great to have had the same cold meat selection in the evening and a shame that water was free at breakfast but not in the evening. The rooftop bar was great although on our last night it was full so we could not end our holiday there as it seemed quite popular with residents and non residents alike. Will definitely be returning.

10/10 excellent accommodation staff were brilliant and the food was excellent.

Nice, clean, up-to-date hotel. Modern approach - as little service as possible to reach the best possible margin. All is rehearsed, orchestrated and ground down to its bare minimum. It's all there, but they don't walk the extra mile. No room service, no a la carte breakfast, no bath robes, no way to charge the bar to your room. Just "enough" for the average tourist. But within that range it ticks all the boxes. Felt a bit like shopping at Lidl or Aldi. What was surprising to us was that the lobby manages to give some sense of privacy although the hotel is in fact enormous.

The Hotel was ideal for what we needed close for the old town and the beach front to celebrate the New Year.

Check out we were completely ignored without a single word spoken to us. Hotel was obviously used by a Spanish coach party operator as there were crowds of very noisy Spanish oaps. Who overran the dinning area greedily hoovering much of the food on offer,making so much noise that breakfast and dinner were not relaxing at all. Breakfast was mostly cold,with some guests reheating plates of food in microwaves provided !. Dinner was a strange selection of savoury foods. And salads. Desserts were all dairy based although fruit was available. Having said that we managed to eat something every day. Entertainment was directly for these Spanish guests. Hotel was noisy by way of furniture being scraped about during the night and morning.

Nice hotel in the town centre and resonable close to the beach and shopping. however no room service apart from change of towel. kitchen plus cooking facilities . Big supermarket 150 meter away. great value

On arrival we were given keys to our room on the 10th floor, my wife suffers with vertigo but this fell on deaf ears when asked for a lower floored room.Once in our room we found the toilet door did not close because the door was to big for the frame,I immediately reported this back down to reception, the guy on the desk assured me that it would be taken care of! My wife and I reported this at least 3 times a day every day for the 6 day duration of our hoilday with-out success.we travel to spain 2-3 times per year and this hotel has been an absolute nightmare,so book here at your own peril!be warned.
