Hotel is in a great place 2 minutes away from plenty of restaurants and close to the a beach it’s a 1 hour walk to the old town or a ten minute bus or cab ride

Great location near Sunset Beach. The room was spacious and the pool was beautiful! Staff was helpful; I would definitely recommend this property!!

The hotel is in a really good location close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Beds are really comfy and staff were so helpful. Breakfast was good and as much as you wanted.

This hotel is a Three Star Property. It’s not fabulous!!! If you want to be near Sunset Beach its fine. It’s not luxurious. Simple and basic.

Good service, good breakfast, nice pool. Room was clean but smelly and a bit old fashioned. I would have liked a bigger table (workspace) in the room. Internet was ok. Location was good.

The stay was decent. Room decent. Staff helpful. Bed OK. Cleanliness good. Location not the best. Price OK.

Location is excellent for me. There are many quiet beaches near the hotel which was perfect for me.

Location, location, location! This hotel is in a superb location. Just a few minutes from Sunset Beach, lots of restaurants and safe! We asked for a KING size bed and got two twin beds which were pushed together. Room 303 is very small. However, we didn’t spend much time in it. The staff is very accommodating! The hotel could use some new linens as the ones provided looked like something from a Vegas Hotel circa 1952. We didn’t understand what the comforter/sheet was under the comforter! There are also LOTS of cats in and around the property. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay there again!

Close to lots of restaurants, ice cream stands . Short walk to a grocery store. The Adriatic is also close and a bus to the old town, very close

We were in Dubrovnik for a couple of days. This hotel was an excellent location and the staff was very helpful. You can walk to beach, wall city and promenade.

Nice quiet location, short stroll from promenade and sunset beach. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Good quality breakfast buffet each morning too

Our room, was comfortable and clean, the pool was clean and in a sunny position. The hotel is close to lots of bars and restaurants and nightlife. Old town is a 20 minute bus ride away. Breakfast was good> our only complaint is that we had to walk up quite a few stairs, with our luggage, when we were dropped off at the front of the hotel by the driver that was organised by the hotel, the front desk could see that we were struggling with our luggage as they watched on the cctv, there was no offer to help with the luggage up the stairs, from the driver or the front office staff. Some times a little extra goes a long way to providing excellent service.

If you are fed up with massive hotels and hundreds of guests milling around then this one will make a refreshing change. The first sight of it when you arrive is very pleasing.As Ive mentioned in the title, its a hotel on a small and intimate level but it works. Im not really interested in listing petty gripes - any issues were resolved by the friendly staff - the decor of my room might seem a bit old fashioned but it was comfortable enough and the bathroom design was excellent - lovely glossy tiles. Breakfast was satisfactory with enough - hot and cold stuff to satisfy all tastes hopefully. The breakfast staff were very patient with me - I was always late ( I blame the local firewater for that!) and when they quite rightly turned the lights off at 10am to signal close of breakfast I quite happily took my plate outside to sit on the lovely raffia chairs and tables by the pool in the company of the hotel cat.

The room was large with high ceilings, the bed large and comfy as was the pillow - a sharp contrast to the rock-hard, full-sized beds elsewhere. Bathroom was sufficient and the products smelled nice :) TWO balconies topped this room off beautifully. The pool was beautiful but rather cold. All in all a wonderful stay.

We stayed here from 2-7th September 2017. Really nice small family run hotel lstaff will do anything for you breakfast was fine pool, area nice. Everything you need is on your door step a few hundred yards away are all the eating places yet no noise can be heard and just around the corner is the beach great location.

All good - no issues would go again tomorrow. Good value for money.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Great location easy walk to the beach and restaurants and to the bus stop to go into the old town. Lovely swimming pool. Rooms comfortable but in need of up dating. Great breakfast

Very close to the nice beach, swimming poll was always open and clean.Room was big enough for 2 of us. Everything was in working condition.Breakfast was fantastic.
