Surprisingly large rooms for 3 people with a fold-out 3rd bed. No-frills stay!

Wonderful reception and housekeeping staff... kudoos on excellence. Hotel was immaculately clean. Neighborhood lacks for decent restaurants and none in hotel. Breakfast offered by hotel is spectacular. A map for guests of nearby decent restaurants (other than fast food) would be a nice touch.

Only quibble is that cups in room could not be used in microwave; so impossible to make a cup of tea. No hot water in lobby other than breakfast

Beds were comfotable, linens had a slight odor. Tv was across the room, couldn’t view well from bed. Biggest complaint-the air blew directly onto the bed. Very uncomfortable-froze when it blew, hot when fan turned off.

Everything was wonderful (except the beds were way too soft for us, but that is just our preference). The room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly, good breakfast options, convenient parking and location!

The room was clean and roomy for our family of 4. We appreciated the extra space of the "living area" allowing us to spread out a bit after a long day on the road.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They were also very quiet. The staff was also very nice and accommodating.

I drive an electric car and we have a small dog. So the 2 criteria I use in searching Hotels.com are 1) Pet Friendly and 2) Electric Vehicle Charging.
This hotel met both in the search.... it was neither.
Not only was the $150.00 pet fee not disclosed on the listing, but there is little area for pets.
And the only place to charge an electric car is at the apartment complex next door. And only if it is not occupied. The gentleman checking us in said that we could just go down the street a little if the one at the apartment complex was not available. The nearest chargers were level 2 chargers at a BMW dealership and a Mini dealership over a mile away.
That being said, the hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable.

We needed a last minute place after the cardinals game got postponed this was Ana amazing choice check in was a breeze parking safe and it was such a spacious comfortable room and breakfast was great !!! Will definitely choose again for our next trip to the Lou !

Nice, clean room. A little dated but quite adequate for my family’s needs. Several restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was good.

Was not happy about the hidden fees connected to this property. When I checked in I was charged a 20$ "incidentals" fee, which is fine but I had the day before stayed in another Springhill suites hotel in a different city which did not charge that.
Additionally, the hotel had a very small parking lot with an attached parking garage which cost $10 per night. I was told that parking would be free if we found an open spot in the small parking lot, which I did, however I was charged for parking anyway after I had left and was emailed a receipt.

Parking was a little weird for the property. Wasn’t sure if the parking garage next door was a part of it considering there were lots of others parking there that were walking to other establishments around the hotel.
