first of all, the receptionist is not friendly at all she needs costumer service class everything starts from the front desk, the shower when you step inside sounds like is broken.

Did seem as nice as I thought. The bedroom had a tv but no remote to be found. Pillow ms and blankets weren’t that comfortable. Couch sank in so not as comfortable either.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us property information that allowed us to take full advantage of all the amenities. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The only updates that we might suggest is for quieter A/C systems. The rooms were comfortably cool just a little loud.

I loved everything, except that there were no USB chargers in the room. I really needed some to charge a rechargeable battery for my Six Flags trip, and was impossible.

The check-in was very slow... granted, there was a person before us, but still, it took an inordinate amount of time, and the restrooms close to the lobby were locked. The breakfast did not seem to be up to the standards of other Hampton Inns where I have stayed; the shade in the room was broken and did not move; the TV in the room was ridiculously small too.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. The only thing I didn't like was the $15/day parking. However, it was in the fine print. I just didn't read it at first.

The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was much better than most Hampton Inns I have stayed at. The room had the smallest TV I have seen in any hotel in many years. Not much of a channel selection either. Hotels are about the only place I have time to watch TV. Why scrimp and save on the TV and the cable system?

Overall a good stay. The only dislike was the beds. Mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep in very hard. Friendly staff, quiet around the property. Will possibly maybe consider a future stay with you guys..

It was a relatively good experience with the exception of the patio outside the pool area. In the evening there was a lot of cockroaches scurrying around the patio. One of our friends ended up with them in their diaper bag.
