We arrived at about 9PM because of a funeral in the area. I had reserved (2) rooms for my wife and I, and another for our daughter and and our niece. Initially they were told their room hadn't been paid for, but that was cleared up really quickly. When they got to their room there was standing water in the tub when they arrived, and it never did drain even though the plug was open so it could drain.. My wife and I had to switch rooms as there was something in the ceiling that was emmitting a very high pitched buzzing and was really annoying. There was also pubic hair on the floor of the bathroom and hair in the bed. When we went to the 2nd room, there was hair in the sink, and hair on the sheets. The "hot" breakfast was simply an egg and cheese omlette, and a pancake maker. The omlette has hard and difficult to cut. It had no flavor, either. All in all I will not stay here, again.

Check in staff was available and friendly. But staff lacking during rest of stay. Ice machine out of ice! Didn't offer to help.

Easy check in. Nice clean room, took a while to cool it off. Breakfast was simple, but good & hot. Enjoyed coffee machine, liked that it had different options.

Convenient to I-40 in a quiet area. Close to shopping.

Very nice hotel and a great staff. Will stay here again when in the area
