Lovely hotel with great rooms, friendly helpful staff, good restaurant, and parking. Off the town centre but an easy walk into the old town. Will use again.

Good sized room

Generally very good, the family room was next to the lifts, which was a little bit noisy. The room was well equipped, segregation between sleeping areas could be improved with the addition of a curtain or two.

Room size is decent, nice and clean.

We were there for a few nights, which allowed us to explore the surrounding areas. A nice place to stay. Parking is free although you might need to park on the lawn on the busy weekend nights.

The room has lots of natural light with modern decor, fantastic hotel.

The hospitality was unique and the feeling of being in comfort like its home in ikea style. I would woyhout any doubt definitely and highly recommend anyone to stay there. The view from the the top floor is not great as yiu just see carpark, dual carriage and IKEA but uts worth you money. I loved it!

Nice business hotel, effective and good restaurant with excellent service

We enjoyed everything about our stay but two things. Accomodations were excellent, however on the day of departure housekeeping opened our door at 0900 and knocked again at 1045 even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Additionally we never got our rebate as we declined room service one day. Minor problems but hoping it will impact someone else's stay

First room assigned was nice but tremendous noise from the highway and a view of the IKEA parking lot. I asked for a new room and got a quiet one for an extra 10 euros. The room was not as nicely decorated as the other but was quiet. Had dinner in the restaurant which was mediocre but breakfast was very good.

2nd time at this brilliant Hotel. Ideally situated to explore The Hague and surrounding area with just a 15 minute walk into Delft City Centre. The rooms are light and airy with excellent beds. The staff are fantastic and very knowledgable. Definitely will stay again.

Very nice dnd clean. Restaurant was amazing.

We stayed at the hotel during the summer vacation. It is clean and the room we stayed in was large and nicely equipped. You are at a short walking distance from public transport, and if you decide to walk into Delft it will take you a maximum of 25 minutes to the center. Breakfast is identical each and every day, not varied, and not very tasty. It is better to eat at a different place. The minus side was the personnel, some of whom seem unhappy to be working in a hotel and to work with guests. For example, at breakfast: the older personnel was unfriendly and one lady even looked disapprovingly at her watch when we came to breakfast at 09:40, because "breakfast is until 10". Or, another example: On the last day of our stay we came back from breakfast and discovered our key did not open the door anymore (all our suitcases were still inside). The receptionist did not offer any explanation or apology, just handed us another key. These are just two examples of several incidents. Generally, the atmosphere in the hotel is not very pleasant. I would recommend the hotel for the location and cleanness, but if you want a place with a warm, friendly atmosphere for a vacation, this is not.

Best hotel I have stayed in, and I have stayed in 5 star hotels. The rooms are massive, the staff are incredibly friendly and the breakfast was amazing! I absolutely loved it! Will definitely be coming back!

The lady at the reception was incredibly helpful. She had a great attitude and did a lot of little things that really made our trip in our stay there special.

Very kind staff

Very easy to access by car, but close enough to the old city centre that you can still walk to it. Right through the old city gate. Kitchenette was nice to have with a family.

Everything is awesome, except the magnetic record of card key is very fragile and I had to ask to rewrite the card almost everyday.

Staff were lovely and friendly. Kids got a wee gift at check in. Room was immaculate.

Well kept hotel, very nice staff. Excelle t resteraunt with good menu. Resonably priced. Air conditioned room and clean. Downside was the cleaning staff. We chose to have are room cleaned on our 2nd day there and specifically asked for new bedsheets but they didnt change them.

Great acoomondation. Quite, friendly staff, great quality in food.price. Clean, very welcome and overall a great stay for a short periode of time.
