Bath tab is good, the building is not new.

The hotel is dated. Not enough electrical plugs and wifi was terrible. Location is central and the staff were friendly. Front desk spoke fluent english. The shower was amazing. Overall a comfortable stay but would be more acceptable if the price was lower or rooms were renovated.

Rooms are very average, feels 2 star hotel. Noise, bathroom flush, TV from next room are audible. Not value for money.. Hotel room is 8.5k which actually should be 50 percent less. Bathroom size is good, but no soap cake, no hand towels.

Recent stay In Lemon Tree, Mithakhali was good. However, the staff is not properly trained and there was enough confusion on pricing, addition of an additional member for the 3rd night and payments.

This was my second stay. I ended up here after my booking at another hotel got messed up and what a delight it was. The only reason I haven't rated it higher is that the fitness center is uber basic and that's important to me.

overall service and amenities were good. but they charge you any cost without your knowledge. I had to check the complete bill during checkout and ask them specifically and then they reduced it. But overall it was a good experience.

They had overcharged us and sent us wrong bills . They charged us not once but several times bills of dec2014 and jan 2014 of same rooms and wanted us to pay . After drawing their attention , new bills would be charged for other rooms . Wrong billing was done by the Hotel .

will never stay at lemon tree hotels. Accidentally I hit the side table in The room , it was a small cut & blood started coming out when I called the reception & asked for the first aid box , the guy at the reception told me that they can not send the kit in the room. While bleading only I had to go down to fetch the medicine. Very inhuman attitude of the staff.

I have been a regular visitor of the hotel. as i find the hotel very convenient and affordable.
however, i had gotten stuck in the LIFT for sometime, then the staff had gotten me out safely
it is recommended to run monthly lift maintenance to avoid such nuisance.

Had generally good experience with the staff who speaks good English and are very helpful in providing directions on the surrounding areas. I was also able to change my US dollars to local currency at the reception during office hours.
However, the printer at the business centre was out of paper when I need to print!

Rooms are large with a good bathroom. A little dated but kept very clean. The staff are all very attentive, especially in the Coffee Shop, which serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food choice is reasonable and room service is also very prompt. Taxis are available at the hotel and the hotel is well located to quickly reach all areas of the city. The surrounding area is also good. There were problems with the Internet connection and at the same time the hotel informed me that only the first 30 mins were free although my voucher stated 'free high speed internet'. Eventually, I was not charged at all for the Internet. Overall, a good hotel for the price.

This was a great little hotel clean and importantly central to my shopping needs. Mithakali is 10 minutes by rickshaw from ashram road and CG road.Additionly the staff were very helpful. The hotel was also not very noisy ie there were not any children that I saw. This is good as my daughter and I were on a serious shopping trip!!

We thought we were living in Europe as all the time the music was in English and laud in the dining room and the lift.
Next-door neighbour were very laud till early morning.We complained but the hotel staff could not control the noise and we could not sleep one night.

The hotel is well maintained, the staff is wonderful, the hotel restaurant is good (although service is a wee bit slow). All in all, this is a good place to stay. Conveniently located for business activities. Will plan on staying here again during my next trip to Ahmadabad.
