The resort was the best and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great staying experience!!

Fantastic, attentive, friendly staff- made me feel like a royalty. This included the cleaners, gardner and waiters. The manager was friendly and keen to get feedbacks to improve. Highly recommended- would visit again!

The hotel is on the edge of town and has an impressive avenue of palm trees at its gated entrance, leading through to undulating woodland with turkeys and geese roaming freely. Our premium suite was spacious with a cosy balcony over looking palm trees and swimming pool. I found the staff enchanting and friendly, lead by an ever present hotel manager, ready to lend a helping hand. We felt amongst friends and family and cant rate this hotel highly enough. The Keralan food is the best ever, with nightly cooking demonstrations.

The hotel was pleasantly situated in a nice private well-tended garden. The room was big and the bed comfortable but we had trouble getting the AC to work consistently, especially the first night. It was convenient for visiting the national park by car. Service in the restaurant was friendly, but service was slow if you didnt want the buffet. Gym was oddly and uninvitingly located in a hallway. Although fine overall, in the end it seemed more ordinary than it should have and overpriced for the location and actual facilities.

The hotel even though is in the Thekkady town, is in the midst of greens, and each room provides quite a view, especially in the mornings, to relax sipping a hot cup of tea. The rooms are done is typical Kerala style and one enjoys the stay. Nice food, and welcome service They have a cookery show and a dance show, which is thoroughly enjoyable.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights, 2 nights we stayed in the 'standard room' and treated ourselves to the pool suite for our last night. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool suite is outstanding and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I would even go as far as saying that it is the best suite I have ever stayed in, better than marriott! All staff are attentive, welcoming and helpful. The food at buffet dinner is not great but room service food is good. We had a lovely, memorable stay here.

Service was amazing from all staff. Only suggestion would be to have the staff more informed on the activities that are offered off site. Had some difficulty with times and prices. Fantastic stay!

Greenwoods Resorts was highly recommended to us by our colleagues, and it lived up to every bit of our expectations.The first thing to strike us was the genuine warmth extruded by the staff the moment you step into the resort.The ambience of the resort is very comforting.The well maintained lawns and equidistant trees makes one feel very relaxed.The tree top coffee house with its "hanging bridge" makes sure that all would go there and have a hot cup of strong South Indian coffee.Thanks to Chef Thomas, the palate is made to crave for more!His fish curry has been one of the best we have had across the country.The wide spread of wholesome, healthy, non spicy, vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian and Western foods, and yummy deserts, made the children want to go back for " another " serving of each dish , every meal!The children's recreational area and a well equipped gym overlooking the swimming pool is very tastefully done.With a lifeguard always at the pool side, we could happily take a stroll, knowing fully well the children are safe.This has been one of the most memorable holidays we have had and I will strongly recommend Greenwoods Resorts .

Great place to spend time with family, food is good and there are activities and facilities to keep the kids engaged. Overall it was a satisfying experience and a great value for money.

Greenwoods made our holiday so memorable, Hotel location is in between city still you find yourself away from world. Excellent staff very homely, Nicely design room with privacy kept in mind. Food is just awesome 10/10 for chef, Hotel manager is also very friendly and co-operative any of customer need is their priority. Must say this resort has raise our expectations so high.

I had a great time at Green woods hotel the hotel is beautifully designed with comfort in place. The meals are tasty and the service is good.It is a great hotel to rejuvenate and pamper oneself.
