Good location near to airport and business center, located to Jumbo mall easy to pick something in the evening post work , 15-18 min to Market square and city center for quick sightseeing etc.

Near to airport. 10 min on bus. Direct access to shopping centre Jumba. SPA center.

It was impossible to find reception. Finally we found it (there was a couple with same problem), we had to take a number which we released in couple of minutes. No signs about arrangement anywhere. To get a free paring we had to insert cars reg,nro to self check in desk but the computer didnt work. Reception was annoyed when I went back and asked about it... Wouldnt stay never again!

I had to change rooms twice because there was no Wi-Fi but staff were super friendly.

Very slow check in. Waiting time was 15 mins . Too slow. Everything else was ok.

Stayed here as we had an early morning flight. Approx 3km to airport.

This hotel has been my choice several times. It has so many things to do, for all ages in the two connecting malls.

Excellent service of reception for the whole stay. Breakfeast staff also kind and welcoming. Stayed here before but now on newer side I have to say I prefer the older side did not enjoy the walk to other side. First up to 2nd floor then through a corridor and up with another elevator. Room was fresh and comfortable I especially enjoyed the air conditioning, big bed and smart tv I also had a nice view. I found the bathtub to be too high maybe hotel could consider if this is accessible I am average length and I had to jump in. I also didnt like that she shower wall/glass was not movable it meant I had to climb in tub to turn on shower there was also not any practical handle/grip to help oneself get out of tub. The high tub could easily be dangerous if movability is even a bit limited for customer. I love amarillo so I enjoyed the food from there however restaurant got my order wrong both evenings. Curious that there seemed to be not enough staff during midsummer not everyone goes to summer cottage. It also seemed like a waste that entertainment center that is in same building as hotel was closed during the Saturday I imagine many of my fellow guest that had kids would have enjoyed some hours there. The only thing I missed is some kind of outdoor are for guests I now sat and read in the shade of breakfeast restaurant outer area and my view was concrete. Perhaps a roof garden with nice sitting area? I know amarillo has outdoor terrace but it was not open the whole day.

had to request a 2 hour extension on check out, and it was the first time in travelling the world that I had to pay €20 - every other hotel allows it once there is no immediate changeover of room, without charge

The staff was super helpful in printing my covid travel documents, literally with a smile. Always greeted with a smile too.

Nice rooms with modern decoration. Many rooms in the hotel and is a bit confusing to get to the room. The location is very convenient, near the airport, inside a shopping mall and with restaurants around.

We stay 4 days and during that time the room was not cleaned the bed were done only one time . Not acceptable for such Hotel

Short staffed on Sunday. Rang multiple times before arriving at hotel but no answer. Basic things Tootpaste, shaving kit, slippers etc missing. Gym and Spa is a third party company in the shopping mall where you have to pay €10 for access each time. Overall Hotel it was clean and staff were friendly.

Friendly and swift check in after a long day of travelling. I got a room upgrade when I told the receptionist it had been a long day! Very comfortable room and bed. Very clean.

Great facilities within the complex, from kids’ play areas (bouncy castle, climbing frames, basket ball etc available) to an aqua park, as well as a good selection of restaurants. Less than 20 min by taxi to Linnanmaki too! Brilliant selection of foods available at breakfast, including a good choice of healthy food items. My only grumble was the quality of pillows, which I mentioned to reception at the end of my stay. I should have mentioned this sooner as apparently I could have obtained different pillows on request. Aside from this the stay was great. Great service too! Would definitely stay again, especially as the rooms on the new side at least are huge for the price and very good quality. Only 7 min by taxi to the airport too! The sound insulation is unbelievably good, I didn’t hear a peep from anywhere!

I love that all the shopping you could enjoy is available at the malls that are attached to the hotel. Also getting too and from the airport is easy on public transportation.

Basic accomodation. Quite a bit of wear showing in the premises. Still decent choice with ok breakfast. Does not compare to its sister in Tripla, though.

It was good overall but I would have preferred a Queen or double bed instead of 2 singles. The only other choice was a King bed but you had to pay for breakfast and my stay was 33 nights which would have run quite expensive. However I would book this hotel again.

Good service and rooms where clean but maybe little old already.
