Everything was great except for the bed. The mattress was terrible! Needs replaced! The bedding was soft and smelled great, the room and bathroom were very clean.

The employee named Ezra at the front desk was so amazing and friendly!

The staff was friendly and inviting, the facility, dining location was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The mattress was old and soft. Overall a nice room and hotel. Off the main road so no traffic noise. Good price point.

room was clean, someone spilled a soft drink in the elevator and it stayed like that for two days and also on the third floor right out of the elevator. Great breakfast, it was fresh and friendly service.

Great service, friendly, great accomodations, room size was excellent for our family size. Comfortable, homelike. The tv doesnt work great, but its the provider, not the tv. Newer hotel, 2 merged together, indoor pool (no hot tub/spa fyi), free breakfast which was great, not just pastry and donuts! Excellent stay! Next to green meadows lake with picnic tables, beautiful views, fishing, or just sweet beautiful walk.

As soon as we got to our room the brown cubic foot stool was broken. I called the receptionist & she came very quickly to help us out. She told me they are down maintenance people & that was an issue with everything. She took the stool out of the room to prevent a fall or injury. Next on the list was the toilet didn't flush. The shower didn't work correctly. It either was too cold or burning hot. Never a good warm temp in between so that my son could take a shower after being at the ballpark all day for a tournament. Then the sink was clogged. After the receptionist told me they were down maintenance crew I knew that was why everything was going downhill but it would be have been nice to notify us & anyone before they book with this hotel. Lastly the AC was not working. It kept blowing hot air & we kept trying to adjust the thermostat. I think overall we just got a bad room. I was so over this room & so glad we only booked for 1 night.

Our room smelt of cigarette smoke terribly. We all woke up with headaches from the smell. Our bags and clothes smell of it. Front desk would not do anything, said they were booked, got two different stories about the room.. Manager I spoke to rude and hung up on me over the phone. Will not give me numbers or contact info for higher up than her. Swimming pool was green and nasty. Terribly ran place, do not stay here!!!

Great stay.

Apparently I was told that there was not a room available for me. I had changed my check date but per the system they could accommodate me. Expedia said they spoke with the property and they said they secured my room and would charge me for one night. I walk in and I was told that there is no reservation and the fee I was charged was a no show fee. I do not blame Expedia but I do blame the property.

Experience was not great. Checking in per owner policy “locals”cannot rent a hotel room. Did not see that information on any of the websites, about this policy ,there are no signs stating locals cannot rent a hotel for a staycation. After talking with the manager, they wanted a $250 cash deposit for the room. Once we finally worked things out, We got into the room the TV did not work. The night Staff did try to help get to functional,but nothing worked. The whole hotel room had stains on the curtains, sheets and some of the towels.

Hotel overall is in good condition, but it shows it age here and there. Service desk personnel was not the happiest but neither they were rude, breakfast lady on the other hand was nice and pleasant. Pool was not warm, description may you think it is, but is not. Breakfast options are ok but tasty, nothing to write home although.

Mold, roaches and water leaking from the ceiling... when mentioned to the front, they told me that maintenance wouldn't be in for another 7 hrs. When I asked for a different room they said I would have to pay for the next room as well as the one we were leaving. I will never stay here again

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that bothered me was we had booked the room for five people. I had to ask for sheets for the pullout bed, and they were only able to give me one pillow for that bed because they didn’t have enough besides that great customer service, breakfast, location

bathtub hardware broke and or missing in tub and cockroach greeted us first thing in tub area :( telephone in room doesnt work fitted sheet not acceptable called for new ones Breakfast and its helpers was excellent, pillows and tv were great, only ice machine that worked was on 1st floor, we were on 3rd :(, it did seem safe area overall

I have stayed at this hotel a dozen times. The staff is friendly and the breakfast selection seems to have grown. The lobby was really nicely decorated for Christmas. The suites are layed out well with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

It was a nice hotel, a little old but was just fine for me and my family. The pool was cold because the heater didn’t work but my Girls didn’t mind. Popcorn and warm cookies when we got there and close everything.

We stayed in Hobbs last minute and were very happy that we chose this place. The room was very spacious and the whole family loved the breakfast! All the employees were very nice and made our stay great.
